Bath Planet of the Central Valley

Finding a house was hard, but finding the right contractor was even more complex. I met numerous contractors before deciding to go with Bath Planet. I went with them because the cost was better and they would do everything I requested. They remodeled 2.5 bathrooms from floor to ceiling, and I am delighted I chose them. The project took longer than expected, but it was worth it. They did not rush and try to cut corners. The best part was the communication; the project managers, Kelsie and Brandy, were excellent. They explained everything thoroughly, and if I didn't understand, they would explain again patiently. At one point, I was unhappy with how the shower drain turned out, but they addressed the problem and brought in a new team to redo the shower floor and install a different drain at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to remodel a home with either big or small projects. They have the right people and the skills.

This company doesn't deserve a 1 star. I have never been so disrespected in my life! Their rep Moses came to discuss the job but as soon as I asked a few questions on their process he became extremely disrespectful and made the implication that I couldn't afford their work then stormed out of my house. Do not work with this company unless you want to deal with the worst customer service I've ever seen.Replying:Just to be clear I had absolutely nothing against your rep until he began treating me and my wife like we were stupid or somehow beneath him for merely asking questions that anyone in that specific situation would ask. He made a few other comments that were out of the blue and completely uncalled for. I guess some people don't understand the golden rule of treating others how you'd like to be treated.

Brandy and her team are awesome. Took my old tub and turned it into a beautiful Shower that I can easily get into and out of. Being old in broken this new shower will mean everything. No more falling

My elder mom hired Bath Planet of the Central Valley (R.F.M.C. Construction, Inc.), in good faith, trusting they would come into her home, remodel her front bathroom, and leave it fresh and better than before. That is not what happened. 1. They put a shower head on that was too big for the small shower with a shower curtain and it caused a great deal of moisture that later became mold not only to the bathroom but also the neighboring bedrooms. Every time we showered our bedroom windows would fog up. We later had to replace the shower head out of our own pocket. 2. The silicone in the shower molded up within the first few months. When we called to advise Bath Planet of the Central Valley, Rick (owner), sent someone out to resilicone the shower but it was poorly done in a ugly yellow color and it was applied too heavy. My mom later received a outrageous bill for over $400 and when we called to dispute due to project still being under warranty, Rick was very rude. Made an accusation that we didn't clean our shower and that was the problem. My mom is still getting the bill. 3. Today, we have a contractor come out to look at the bathroom floor because the tile was rising and you could feel a board moving underneath the tile (moisture). Upon removing the tile, it was discovered the floor is completely rotten under and around the toilet and the shower. My question to Bath Planet of Central Valley, is if the floor was no good when the original tub was removed, why weren't we notified and job placed on hold, till we could get it fixed? And if the floor was good, why is it completely rotten within the first year of the remodel? We have gotten no reply. The list goes on. My mom trusted this company to come into her home and make the bathroom look better than before. That did not happen. Be aware.

Working with the staff at Bath Planet made my remodel stress free. Nathan gave me a no pressure quote. Kelsey and Brandy are so nice and easy to work with. I was amazed at how organized the whole process was. The guys who did the demo and most of the work after demo were so nice and clean during everything. Such quality work. They kept me informed and made sure I was ok with how remodel was going. I absolutely love my new bathroom. I'm beyond pleased. We all know how most remodels go. there is always something left not finished or done correctly, but not with these guys. I can't find anything that isn't finished properly. I'm so glad my friend referred them to me!!! Thanks, Kelsey for your help with putting my needs and satisfaction as top priority.

Bath Planet was a very good choice for us. The work was professionally done and on time. My bathroom is a whole new place even though the structure is the same. I liked all of the workers and especially Kelcie who always returned my calls when I had a question. All of my contacts were courteous and friendly. Thanks Bath Planet!

This company SUCKS, they do deserve a ZERO star. the sales guy Moses will tell you yes to everything you want to hear. MY bathroom project started in February and it is now June and my shower walls and door is not completed. Please do not use them please use a more professional team, that will treat you with respect and not lie to you and take there time to mess up your peace and time. I wish I had look in yelp first before allowing them to tear down my bathroom

We had our master bath and guest bath remodeled by RFMC using the Bath Planet design and materials. They had to remove a sunken tub and bring the base up to ground level for a full wall to wall walk in shower, and did a great job. Even our city inspector was impressed with the job on the new plumbing and walls. The other bath was the replacement of a 45 year old tub/shower with new hardware and subway tile pattern insert. Both baths included grab bars, soap trays and overhead LED lighting.During the design process we had several in person and phone meetings with staff and couldn't be happier. The work crew and subs for the new counter tops, shower doors and room texturing were easy to work with. Thanks to Rick and his staff for a job well done.

I had several concerns with the final results of my restroom. I called Brandy right away. She sent over Bryce to save the day. He was very professional and super friendly. He took care of the issues right away. Great job to Brandy, Bryce and Jeremiah! I love the way my restroom turned out. This shows the company really goes above and beyond for their customers.
