From the get-go these guys were straight up professional and informative.From the first phone call to Dean, John the estimator to Joe who did the install... This is a professionally ran team. The estimate was very informative and thorough, and spot on on the actual estimate price.Joe, our installer was on time, very personable and professional. In two days he did an excellent excellent job! I first learned about Bath Fitter on the radio, and decided to give them a call. I wanted to get rid of my old tub and shower combo replaced with an easy access shower. I was able to make an appointment for a service adviser to come to my house within two days. The service advisor J.J. was professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. We were able to plan the shower layout that was best for me very quickly. The whole process was transparent with no sales pressure of any kind. The estimated waiting time before install was 8 weeks, but it was barely 3 weeks. The install process took two days, and install team were great people. The quality and workmanship were top tier. Finally I love not having to step over the tub to get in the shower.

The installer Ricardo was very nice and finished in one day. That is the only reason they are getting one star otherwise it would not deserve even one star. The rep that took my order made multiple mistakes and now is no longer with the company so I am stuck with the mistakes. Cheap shower rod, wrong shower head and equipment. Shower was suppose to go all the way up but doesn't. But per new person I talked to the old reps notes don't state this. This was definitely not what I was expecting to get for my $7000.

I just would like to give a shout out to an Employee from Bath fitters in Fresno Ca. The young man's name was Scott and he did a great job putting in the bathtub. I am very pleased with it. Scott had asked me how I wanted him to do it and I suggested that he do the job as if it was his own bathroom and he did just that. Good job Scott. Keep up the good work. Tamara Adams Madera CA

We had an appt. scheduled for last Thursday, 2/29/24. A young man showed up, Michael (in the area for 2 weeks from Kentucky!), and got to work. We thought it was going to take 2 days. One to dismantle the tub and all and another to install everything. Nope, he did it all that day! He worked through the day and finished about 5 that evening. What a difference! We love it! Very professional young man & great work! I wanted to make sure to praise him on a job well done! It's to bad that the weather has not permitted him the chance to go up and see Yosemite while he is in the area! Kudos to you Michael & we wish you wonderful adventures in your travels for your work!Also, the sales rep. that came to the house was very patient and informative. He worked with us to find the right style that we wanted and the fixtures to match the rest of the fixtures around our house! He needs to be mentioned as he did a great job helping us out to get just what we wanted! Very professional & customer orientated. Everything that was installed & done was just as he worked out with us! Thank You!

We had our main bathroom tub/shower converted to a shower only and could not be happier with the outcome!!!! Abel and his team of employees are the utmost professional, knowledgeable, and timely team we have had the pleasure to meet. We are extremely grateful to have chosen Bath Fitter Fresno to complete the work. We would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Took a little while for our project to be completed. Now that it's installed we're very pleased. The people here are very dedicated to making sure you're happy. Kudos goes out to one installer, Colton, who went above and beyond what we expected from an installer. Stuck with the job until we were happy

We are very pleased with our new shower. Javonte and Damien were hard working and personable and I can't say enough about Dean who owns the business. Dean owns the business and takes ownership of the finished work. You won't have to chase him down to contact him. He is very accessible and very professional. He has an extensive construction background which is a huge plus. He demonstrates honesty and integrity and we greatly appreciate that. Thank you Dean, Javonte, and Damien and keep up the great work!
