I rented at this place three different times and they're always so nice at that back counter. No BS, no insurance BS, no ding ding there you owe us for this and that when you return the boat. Good people. Just rent from here. And the cafe is way cool. Be sure to go up stairs.

I just wanted to write a quick review on how amazing and how fun it was to come to Bass Lake. Bass Lake boat rentals made it so easy and they were so helpful on our vacation this summer so thank you for that and I definitely will be returning next summer to rent more Jet skies.

Great employees. Very cordial and helpful. They have a great little tiki bar on site with a wonderful bar menu and great food. Right on the water. Covered with palm tree umbrellas. Staff was fantastic. We stopped by for cocktails after a wonderful day in the water. It finished off our day perfectly.

Our family and friends had the most amazing timeOn this stunning lake. We rented a pontoon boat with a tube and had the best time. The boat was very clean, had power, ran smoothly and was faster than I imagined. Shout out to Hailey and Synica who were very friendly and helpful. The young man who helped us back off the boat was also incredibly warm and friendly. We were very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. I could see they are hard working and have good teamwork.

Staff is not very helpful, to the point of being rude and arrogant. We had a great time but the beginning dampened our enthusiasm

This place is unlike anything I've ever seen for a marina. It's overpriced and has staff that doesn't even recommend it. We just launched our boat here 4 days in a row. The only reason we launched here is because it's on the property of where we were staying and was much easier than driving to the public launch. The amount they charge is insane. It's $20 to launch and $20 to pull out so a total of $40 per day. They're open until 8pm but if you pull your boat out between 7-8p it's $30 instead of $20. When I ask the staff why, they say the owner is money hungry. I would have liked to leave my boat in a slip but not for $150 per night...what a freaking scam that is!! I'll never come back. There are other options and I recommend exploring those.

I want to give this place a higher review but I cannot. What I found is that this place is seriously influenced by Bay Area travelers with their pricing expectations but unequal value. For example $10/ gallon for a tank of gas? I received a pontoon that was 1/2 tank filled. I returned it and told them that it was half filled and showed them a picture. So they filled the tank to full and then charged me half of that charge when it should have been one third. Then they give me a statement for $60 even. I find out they charged me near $8-$10 per gallon. Their teenagers were well trained/ indoctrinated and could not respond to anything outside the norm. I found this place to be overpriced and lacking any sort of charm. Just show me the money should be the motto here. There are other places on the lake that offer better prices and demonstrate less greed. People working were definitely friendly though.

I was excited at the thought of kayaking on Bass Lake with my dog. I called to confirm that they allow dogs, and staff was very helpful, explaining how to make the reservation for myself and my pet (she said I could rent a tandem kayak to accommodate us), and gave me the hourly rate. The next day I made the nearly 3 hour drive to Bass Lake, and went to the dock to check out the lake. A young man, BLWS staff, said that since I was taking my dog out, they could bring the kayak to a different area to launch. When I went to the desk to check in, I was told by the girl at the desk that they don't allow dogs. I explained that I had been told not once, but twice, by BSWS staff, that dogs were allowed. She just shrugged and said, "no dogs."It was pretty disappointing after making the long drive to the lake, and being assured that I could bring my dog on the rental that we were not accommodated.BLWS staff are uninformed of their policies and the girl at the desk was less than apologetic, to the point of being rude.

The Good they are easy to rent. The bad they should be upfront on their Insurance Fee and Gas Fuel.My husband inquired the day before; they told him the price he is going to pay Upfront $300.00/4hrs. (The Gal said that's all you're paying) but they did not tell him he has to pay for $47.00 insurance and he has to pay for $57.00 gas. The flyers does not state that the customer has to pay the Insurance and gas and the person he inquired the day before did not informed him that he has to pay for insurance and Gas either. I would recommend you post the insurance and gas in a sign and flyers. Overall the Lake was Beautiful and renting the Pontoon is a good thing. Thank you
