Basil Bloom Pizza

Tried this today at Fresno City College. Wow! So fresh and flavorful! I would have been happy with just the crust but the toppings were sooooo good as well. This is what pizza should be. I got a personal pepperoni w/mushrooms and easily made two meals out of it so when you consider that, it's a great value for extremely high quality. No grease, no junk...no cheap pizza regrets. The women running it were sweethearts too. I love to support small, local business so I will be back!!!!

Absolutely delicious! The ingredients, the freshness, it all adds up to pizza perfection! The crust is very thick and fluffy but the dough under the sauce and toppings is thin, so it balances out. I would absolutely get this pepperoni pizza again as well as try a couple of the others on the menu.

first time trying this food truck in fresno! had been looking forward to trying for quite some time & was not disappointed it was so tasty they were personal sized 10 inch pies from arthop & the wait was around 10 minutes. Next time I'll definitely try it with the toppings they offer like burrata cheese & pesto drizzle for example my date got the special they had for the day - it was a tri-tip pizza with white sauce, cilantro, pickled onions, etc. I didn't think it'd be as tasty as it was & was devoured extremely fast; such an interesting & delicious combo! It reminded me of a really good taco. I got their standard pepperoni & it was delectable. The dough held up really well there was no flopping or grease here just great pizzas! the crust itself was pretty thick but pliable & had a nice chewiness to it with some slight charring underneath that added flavor as they are stone-baked. They have an instagram of the same name where they post pop-up locations & hours, try it out :) I'll be looking to see if they expand on more variations of their delicious pies
