Basements & Beyond Estate Sales

Five stars for the company and Barbara & her family. Nice folks! Our favorite estate sale company in town. Usually their sales have nicer, high end stuff. We've gotten a lot of nice furniture and household items over the years. Zero stars for the (unknown) guy that loaded the super cute wrought iron bench I bought yesterday. He damaged the paint on my new Rav4 with one of the legs. I didn't watch him load it and didn't see it until we unloaded it at home. Not a happy camper that he didn't say anything & offer an apology. Anyone know a good auto body shop?!

Barbara at Basements and Beyond was wonderful. I couldn't do a traditional estate sale at the park where my mother's house was located and she did appointments and avoided the traffic a regular sale would have entailed. She still managed to sell most everything and made me quite a bit of money. She did it fast and cleaned up nicely when it was finished. I would recommend her and her business to anyone who has to liquidate a home. It is a lot of work and very stressful and Barbara took on so much of the stress for me. Thank you so much!!!!

Completed Estate Sale for us in Fresno, handling everything remotely. we were in San Jose in senior living. I was able to hover in to observe the set-up and the finishing of the sale. Smashing! Perfect! They did everything right. Pricing, display, customer assistance. There's no one else to call if you do an estate sale.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Barbara and her crew! My parent's home was packed with treasures and the job was WAY too much for me to handle alone. The sale went brilliantly and very little left to remove from the home and garage. Highly recommend this business!

Basements & Beyond handled a recent estate sale for my mother. I recommend them HIGHLY if you need to do an estate sale. They handled absolutely everything about the sale with care and like a first class business should. They unpacked old boxes of things, carefully staged them in the house and took wonderful pics advertising the sale on their website. Their pricing strategy was especially good, allowing them to maximize the proceeds while at the same time not leaving us with very much to deal with at the end. I actual think they should be called ALCHEMISTs because they literally turned a whole bunch of odds and ends into GOLD, the family was astonished how much they made for us. Plus, they were very prompt getting us an accounting and payment after the sale. I can't recommend this company highly enough, they get the job done, and done well!

Usually have good sales but unless you're one of the first 40 or 50 people in line don't expect to go in at the said starting time. They only allow a few in at a time. They really should put this in their ads.
