Barker Party Rentals

Booking through Barker Party Rentals was easy and they were prompt with their response via email and were quick to send a payment request. However, leading to the date of event, I had no follow up conversations from them regarding drop off arrangements. I contacted them less than 24 hrs of my desired drop off time to confirm their service. The day of the event, I received no courtesy call or communication from them that they would not be able to provide me their service. In a follow up email, they finally replied indicating that a prior customer "damaged our unit" and that they were trying to repair it. I had an unfortunate service with Barker Party Rental.

Super easy to book on their website. They were amazing from drop off to pick up. Would highly recommend, will definitely be issuing them again!

Thanks Barker Party Rentals for ensuring our son and nephew's birthday party was amazing!! They played in the bounce house all day long and their friends did too! Setup and tear down were extremely efficient and professional. Fast and easy booking. They even were willing to accommodate a last minute change of plans when we saw how hot it would be, so we added the pool/water feature. Full 5 Stars! You guys made it easy to say we'd definitely be renting again!!!

Used them several time for church events. This year I had them all set up for our VBS and they no showed me. I spoke with them twice before the event and event the day before to confirm everything. I left messages asking for help and they did not have the decency to even call me back to own their mistake.

Delivery and pick up was fast and professional and the water slide was clean ! Kids had a wonderful time I will definitely rent again!!

We rented the Jungle combo which is a bounce house and water slide, it's a little pricey but well worth it, the grandkids were in it all day. Delivery and pickup was professional and courteous. Will rent again.
