I've gotten a couple waxes with Brittney before, and I never had any complaints about any of my experiences; however, third time was not the charm. I had an appt with her yesterday for 7pm- when I showed up, all the lights were turned off. I rang the doorbell multiple times and called her, no response. I never received a courtesy call as to why she flaked. Very unprofessional, and I don't appreciate my time being wasted. From the looks of it, she also appears to be unreliable to other clients. Advice to future clients: Call and confirm that she will actually be there.

I bought a Groupon 2nd week in May called left a message no call back. On the 21st same thing. Today I left a 3rd message we will see. I would be nice to at least get a courtesy call.So I continued to read the reviews. And the person that suggested I text didn't do this business a favor. I went and cancelled my Groupon. The owner of the business should put that on her voice mail. 3 weeks and no courtesy call is un acceptable. In addition the reviewer that described the venue in relation to only a curtain separating the client from the waiting room was helpful. .

I love coming here! I've only been twice but after the 1st I knew I was switching waxing places to come here! She is always busy which is great for her! When you need an appointment she is just a couple txts away! Works with ya and you will always find a time that fits in your schedule! It's so not painful when she waxes you....I'm like wait you're done? Lol also this is way past my like 25th wax I'm a regular every like 5-8 weeks I go because now I have less and less hair! Refer your friends too bc then you get a $5 credit! Tell her Ruby S sent ya lol hope this helped!

I'm from out of town and was in dire need of some waxing services. I found a great groupon deal for this location. I contacted Brittney and she was so pleasant and quick to respond I decided to try her out. I'm so glad I did. She was very professional and thorough. Its too bad I'm not local but if you are I would definitely recommend her :)

I was a regular client for Brittney. She did my Brazilian waxes monthly. I went to my appointment that we made on my last visit to find no one there. I literally waited and called and texted her and messaged her no response. It's been over 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything from her. I had a recurring monthly membership to pay each month she charged me but did not do the service! I will not be returning. Poor customer service and a heads up would have been nice to the customers that drive out of their way to use your spa services. I won't be returning ever as a customer and I would not recommend.

My first experience about six months ago was great with Brittney. I used a groupon and paid extra for underarm. She made me feel comfortable and gave me after care advice to aid the waxed area. On my second "visit" my friend and I made appointments that was over a month or two prior to date. We had set these appointments in far advance to ensure that we would be taken care of. Our appointments were scheduled on Tuesday at 9am and 9:45am, the earliest and the first. On that Tuesday, I arrived at my friend's house at 8:30am to drive to bare beauty, minutes after I was about to drive to our appointments, Britteny calls my phone (a number she didn't have which she found through my sister) and says she has to help her mother at her wax shop and that she would notify us that location for our wax. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment I made over a month in advance.I wait for Britteny to call/text me what/where our next rescheduled appointment is at, but doesn't respond. I had to text back an hour asking when she would be free. She suggested a wax at 2 but I told her I had work. She neglects to offer another time in exchange for her negligence for both of us. After noon passes and she suggests a 7pm wax for us, seriously? We made these appointments months ago and we are last ? Very unprofessional, lack of concern for clients. Britteny states that she had a family emergency, if that were the case she should have pushed everyone else back by an hour or two. But easily drops two appointments that were made far in advance. My sister's appointment was at noon that day and she was seen. Very upset with the way you treated us.

Second session awesome. Got chest and arms for cheap. Super knowledgeable full of advice for after care and maintenance. Clean and fresh environment, easy in and out plenty of parking

I found Bare Beauty through groupon and I can admit I was hesitant on going to someone that I was not referred to. However I must admit I'm so glad I made the decision to go. Brittany is a wonderful young woman who knows her stuff. She educated me on how to properly take care of my brazilian wax. Even going the extra mile to text and email information to me. She's very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. And not to mention her prices are reasonable. I recommend everyone I come in contact with to go to her. If it's for a brazilian wax, bikini wax, waxing your eyebrows, or anything else, she is the best!!!!

I do not recommend this place. Bought a groupon for a wax and they never returned my phone calls or voicemails. They ended up disconnecting the phone number they provided Groupon with and haven't updated it.

I bought my first wax from her off of Groupon and my experience was great so I decided to get one of her packages. I had my appointment set up for a month and a half and confirmed my appointment the morning of with her. I drove 40 minutes each way to her studio and she did not show. I tried to text and call her multiple times with no response. I ended up calling my credit card to get my money back for my purchase. Such a horrible way to run a business.
