This is regarding attorney Jackson Waste. I was pleased and relieved at his handling of my case. My original lawyer at another firm did nothing to help me. Then he decided it was vacation time. Fortunately, I found Jackson who worked quickly. What the first guy didn't bother to do in a year, Jackson completed in 2 weeks.I'm grateful to him and wish him well.

I reached out to this firm on Jan 3rd 2020 to assist me in doing a Conservator-ship over my son. They sent me paperwork to fill out to verify conflicts of interest. Filled it out sent it back to them on Jan 7th 2020. By Jan 14th, 2020 I had not heard back so I emailed Mr. Rindlisbacher asking him for an update he replied "We will have the initial pleadings completed for your review this week"... Today is Feb 7th 2020 I have not received a call, an email, nothing. Not even a courtesy email saying sorry we cant assist you, or were to busy at this time, or we have a conflict just nothing. I guess my $4500 retainer was not worth it. Worse customer service, worse communication. The decent or courteous thing would be to at least say you are not interested in taking my case, just a simple email. But to completely blow off a potential client for a month and a week not sure how you guys stay operating? I will never know if they are good attorney's or not but I can tell you their response, communication and customer service is non existent.

This review is for Attny Mark S. Poochigian.He did a fair job with estate planning and trust for us. We agreed upon a flat rate $2200. Then he charged me for another hour $422 after we met to sign the contract. which was an anticipated part of the service agreed upon. Client satisfaction leads to referalls and repeat business. Bilking the customer leads to scathing yelp reviews such as this one. Lawyers.

My review of their Attorney Bruce Bickel:In my opinion, Bruce Bickel is a complete failure to act as a Fiducial Trustee. Stay away from this guy. Run away and find someone else so you don't experience what I have had to experience.Bruce Bickel was assigned by Judge Oliver and the Fresno Superior Court to act as the Fiducial Trustee with assignment to meet the terms specified in the a family agreement and to provide all decision and communications associated with home health care and financial management of the Trust. I and my brother were then terminated as co-trustees.But Bruce Bickel has FAILED to meet several important and health critical requirements and refuses to communicate. I have called several times, wrote emails, and sent a complaint letter to Bickel and his legal firm and still no response. I also learned my Dad had suffered a broken leg, was taken to a hospital and still no communications from Bickel.Below are the specific actions Bruce Bickel FAILED to do in meeting his requirements as Fiducial Trustee.1. No financial reporting to each co-trustee has ever occurred and was specified to occur quarterly, plus never received a copy of the yearly tax statements filed with federal and state.2. The air quality testing that was to be performed to ensure the eradication of the mold and aspergillus found within the home, was to be performed prior to my elderly Dad was moved back into the house for his living. NOT DONE. I called the testing company and they were never contacted by Bickel. 3. No reimbursement of money I submitted to Bruce Bickel for expenses allowed was either paid to me or communicated as to when would be paid to me.4. No reporting of the in-home skilled care provider employed to provide the 24/7 care for my Dad in the home. There is no report from Bruce Bickel as to this in-home skilled care provider meeting state, local, and health requirements.5. My Dad's Social Security checks and assets are the property of the Trust, yet my brother per Bruce Bickel July 2015, had been taking several months of the Social Security money and was accessing my Dad's checking account with no confirmed actions from Bruce Bickel to remedy. Bruce Bickel refused to communicate to me the status of this issue and if resolved after several follow-ups by myself. For a Fiducial Trustee to not take action to support the Trust and agreement and allow fraudulent actions to take place is beyond negligence.6. I have emailed and called and left messages with Bruce Bickel for several months and he refuses to answer or respond to my emails or calls. He has not communicated with me in any way since July 2015.7. I have had to notify and alert Fresno Adult Protective Services to my concerns for my Dad's health and lack of performance by Bruce Bickel towards his health, his well-being, and his financial security.

We hired Mark Poochigian over a year ago to do a simple will and family trust. We agreed to the terms of the contract ($5000) and met with him to go over our property and heirs, then nothing. We called him and he ghosted us. We called Baker Manock and Jensen to get transferred and left messages, nothing. Talked to his secretary and she promised to get back to us, nothing. After a year we sent an email canceling our contract because of his failure to do the work. Still nothing.We found another attorney in Clovis that got all the work done in 1 month for $3000.

I prefer to keep details to myself, but the lawyer who helped me did more in 3 weeks than another private lawyer in one year.I was very pleased with his services.

I would not recommend this firm. We worked with Mark Poochigian since we were referred to him by another attorney. We have had a horrible experience and it is all from lack of communication. We have been extremely patient as Mark was good to work with when we have his attention. However, we did notice his lack of responsiveness from the start and it got progressively worse. For example: Documents were delivered to his office four weeks ago from the opposing side and he has yet to forward them to us. Not only has he not forwarded the information to us, he has not even responded to our messages and phone calls. We gave him a week or so each time to respond, sometimes two weeks. Where we come from 24 hr response time is standard professional practice. On our emails, we copied his assistant and paralegal. We received zero response from him or his team. He seems like a good guy but we are disappointed he became completely unprofessional. And it is really unfortunate that we spent all this time for his services and now have to hire someone else to advise us at the tail end of our project.

Mr.Rendlespocker is the attorney I had the misery of working with, he's completely incompetent and does nothing more than move legal paperwork around for you at an extraordinary price. He's very unprofessional and does not reply in a timely manner unless it's a bill that he's sending you, if you're not a big client, he will ignore most of your calls and inquiries. I'm still waiting a little over a month now for him to respond to my email and voicemail, in which I know he had received because he billed me for those two events totalling $80's for what was less than a minute of someone's time. It's no wonder he can't accomplish anything, he reads about as fast as a slug moves, he's a money hungry joke.
