I love my new spa/hot tub. I've had it for about a week now and have enjoyed it every day! The changing lights on the hot tub allows for a fun environment with friends. The hot tub I bought was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and the hot tub is definitely good quality. I had a guy help me and he was extremely informative and helped me choose out a hot tub that fit my needs. It took about 4 months for the hot to come and came in just in time for the new year!I also like their financing option, which allows for no interest for a year from the date of installation. However, I do not like the form of the financing was in credit card "debt" rather than a loan "debt". Meaning, when you finance the hot tub your basically opening up a new credit card. Overall it is still a great option for customers to be able to finance instead of paying out-of-pocket.

We purchased a beautiful gas fireplace from the store and got a huge rebate. The service was wonderful and the selection was the best in town. They have a great selection of spas hot tubs as well as Traeger barbecues and offer installation and great pricing.Highly Recommend!

I was initially brought in because they were the nearest dealer to my home that carried the fireplace I wanted and their customer service made a long time customer out of me. They made the process for ordering the fireplace, and getting approved for the San Joaquin Valley air pollution credit, very easy. I was concerned about the fireplace dimensions and wanted to be sure that it would work before we placed the order. So Tom came out to the house and measured and surveyed for us even before we committed to buying. Not only did he take a look at our fireplace, he also checked out a spa that we inherited when we bought our house to give us tips on what we should do to try to get it up and running again, all complementary! We were so happy with the service and end result of our fireplace that we came back here when we needed new pool filters. These people truly provide the customer service that makes you feel good about supporting local! They are knowledgeable of their products and can help you figure out what is best for you!

Check out our gorgeous new fireplace sold to us and installed by Backyard Spa & Leisure. The installers were quick and clean. They left no mess and the installation was flawless. It comes with a remote control which is convenient and easy to use. It works incredibly well. Just can't wait for those cold winter nights drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows, enjoying a movie, and loving the beautiful, warm fireplace with my family. It truly updates and enhances the look of our home. We are grateful to our wonderful sales person, Bridget. She is so patient and always ready to answer questions and help out. I've purchased two spas from Backyard Spa & Leisure. Not only has their product been top notch, but their customer service has as well. Anytime there's a question about our spa they are incredibly helpful. Plus, their pricing and selection of spa chemicals can't be best...and the fact they offer 20% off with a Yelp deal makes it even better. With that, I'll gladly keep purchasing my chemicals here.

The first time I went into the store to get info. about one of their spas. An employee named Chris greeted me.He was friendly, professional, and seemed very interested in helping me find the right spa. Several weeks later I went back to purchase a spa, and was greeted by the owner of the business named Ruthie. We sat down and talked about my spa needs, and she helped me find the right spa.A few day's later while at her store, I met the other owner her husband Tom. I have to say the owners of this business are the friendliest, most professional business owners I have ever dealt with. This is not a 5 STAR business, it Is a (6 Star) business.I have gone back several times to buy supplies from the store. I know every employee by their first name. Everyone of them are friendly, professional people. Bridget and Chris thank you for helping me each time I am there.If you are interested in buying a spa, I highly recommend you visit this business.
