I received great treatment and am very satisfied with my results. The staff are friendly and helpful. Jeff is very thorough and aggressive to get the results needed for you to be at a 100% before your treatment is complete. He's very good at what he does, plus he makes you laugh and that helps take your mind off the "discomfort" of the therapy :-)

Excellent and thorough care from Dr. Bacci and staff. Very accommodating to my specific needs as I am 6 months pregnant and worked with me until I was pain free along with providing exercises to complete at home to avoid future issues. The receptionists also did a great job staying on top of what my insurance required and were helpful with appointment flexibility.

All staff was super nice and professional. Everything was very clean and inviting. I had Derrek, who was just fantastic. He seems very knowledgeable, listens for feedback etc. I feel lucky that I happened to get him and will be trying to get him each time now! All around great experience!

Starting with phone appointment to checking in, we were very happy with our first appointment at Bacci & Glinn. Our Physical Therapist, Derrick Gruen PT was so professional and patient. A very knowledgeable Therapist, not only helped us to start getting movement back in broken ankle but taught us how to do the most we could safely at home. discussed what to expect and when. We were very impressed with the whole facility. but especially Derrick Gruen.

Blessed for the doctors and staff at Bacci & Glinn, our daughter received excellent treatments and service!! Brian is very professional and Ashley is always kind and friendly!!!We live in Kingsburg and it's definitely worth the drive!!

I just finished 2 months of physical therapy at Bacci & Glinn in Hanford and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The pain issues that brought me to PT have been resolved and I also learned a lot about exercises I can do at home and at the gym to continue to get stronger. My mobility and therefore quality of life have been greatly improved. All the staff, including the administrative staff, are very professional and friendly. The therapists took into consideration my personal needs and abilities when creating my therapy program. Since my therapy took place during the COVID19 pandemic, I also appreciated all the extra steps the staff took to make the environment safe. I would recommend Josh and his team to anyone who could benefit from physical therapy.

The front office staff were very rude in office and over the phone, paperwork was submitted online and they still had me fill it out again at my appointment. I would not give any stars, but you have to in order to post review.

I learned a lot at the work shop, very informative and easy to understand. I am looking forward to starting treatment my shoulder and neck just from the information I heard at the workshop.

The only time I actually spoke with the physical therapist was on my evaluation day. Then your passed on to many different assistants who are lesser qualified staff. I felt like another body/number on the schedule. I ended up having to repeat my symptoms and conditions to each new assistant I met. Sometimes I was split up between two different assistants within the same session! And they are only 40 minute sessions and 15 of those minutes was lying on a heat/electro pad. It was very frustrating. They had me do the same exercises for two weeks while they watched from afar helping other patients. The only time I got new exercises was when I had to ask for new ones. I could do the same exercises watching youtube at home. Definitely not worth the 75 dollars each visit.
