If your a patient here and need to find a worker that can get things done then just ask for Jackie ( I hope I spelled correctly). I recently had a courtesy dose that went wrong but in my opinion was my fault for doing it so last minute. But once Jackie took over the situation everything was perfect she made sure things got done and even called Me back after her lunch break to make sure I was taken care of . Everyone can take some pointers here . To tell u the truth the entire dosing staff has always done good Imo . I rate Jackie and the dosing staff 5 stars oh and the director Kim has gotten me out of a jam once or twice I can't forget her .

To the clinic response above - - it's very discouraging for you to tell these patients to contact the very person they are complaining about for assistance. What sense does that make? I'd like to know what REAL recourse I have if my daughter has problems here.

My husband and I used to go to the BAART clinic in Visalia CA for several years. We were very happy there and would still be there if they hadn't got a new site manager. This lady must really feel the need to be in control and wields her power like a knife. She has made up a bunch of new rules, some of them so ridicules that bunches of people either were kicked off the clinic or left on their own deciding that using was a better option. It seems to me that instead of trying to help people she is trying to cause harm. My husband thinks she has a hidden agenda and is trying to close the place down. She is very prejudice against both white and black people and is very rude to us. She has been the cause of a lot of relapses. My husband and some other people decided we would start going to Fresno instead, I didn't realize they both had the same owners. I don't even care these two clinics are different as night and day. The staff and counselors are approachable and really care why something happened. They treat everybody the same no matter the color of their skins or there stations in life. I'm so glad we took a chance and are driving an extra 88 miles a day for now. Thank you E st BAART Fresno

This is an absolute worthless program. They used to be owned by some Dr.'s in San Francisco and were ran really well. They emphasized patient care and had qualified people. They were sold by a corporation from Texas who has no intention of helping anyone but there bank accounts. Gone are the management that actually knew what they were doing, now they have what could be the most worthless completely ignorant if the subject matter director I've ever seen. In Texas Methadone clinics do not receive funding for counseling. In CA our state has dictated counseling is what makes treatment effective. So there is funding for weekly counseling. These new owners either do not know that or do not care. They just want to push patients through the juice line. They absolutely run juice bars and do not care at all about any type of treatment whatsoever. The state of CA should be made aware of the way this new company is abusing monies paid by our tax dollars. This is a program that saves lives and changes lives . This new clinic should be shut down, and the Director fired. I used to see my counselor every week and did well. They now barely make time for me once a month, and my counselor is so stressed she is not any good to me now anyway. BAART no longer exists, and it's a disservice to even consider this under their old name. BayMark is there name now and believe me, they do not care about anything but dosing you as quickly and cheaply as possible, and rushing you out the door. State of California needs to audit these disgusting leeches.

Saying this program has gone down hill is a understatement. The new program director fired so many great people and hired incompetent staff that do not care about patients at all. It's heart breaking. This program is suppose to be about helping patients, and all the new staff do is make the patients feel like they are less than and bad people. They put up all these hoops and boundaries they want patients to jump through just to get steps.. hoping they fail. The front office staff is rude and degrading. They walk around with their noses up in the air. Treating patients like they are scum.

This treatment center has changed dramatically! The primary focus used to be on the patients, now it seems it's on money and control. Instead of fostering an environment of recovery and change, the new management is petty and works hard at catching clients doing something wrong. My husband missed a day at work because they didn't give him any notice he needed a physical and wouldn't medicate him until he had one. It appears new management is less concerned with harm reduction and more concerned with their numbers. The counselors are very caring and work hard to help us with our recovery but management is making so many new and ridiculous rules a lot of people are losing their steps.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to choose 1-5 stars. They should have gotten negative 5. I want to say I agree with all of the other reviews. When the program was BAART it was really good. They respected their clients, you could tell that the staff really cared. Now that it's BAYMART it seams like they did a 360. The program manager tries/does set you up for failure. She will even lie to make you look bad and make her look better. She has been the worst thing that has happened to that clinic. She has done some ulgy stuff and her day will come. I am going to file a complaint against the program. I was told that I couldn't come back because a cop questioned and searched me (found nothing) at the clinic. So because I had police contact I was kicked off. If I would have been guilty of something I would have been arrested or at the least sited out. But neither happened. I am happy at another clinic now. If you want to get help try KINGSVIEW SUBSTANCE ABUSE in Tulare. It's worth the few extra miles you may have to travel.
