Took my kid to a concert last weekend and even though the doors opened at 7pm my kid didn't get in the venue until 9pm. 2 HOUR WAIT!!! Ridiculous and last time I take my kid there for anything.

Got there for a show at 7pm when it said doors would open. The line did not move until around 8:30pm. I didn't get into the venue until 10pm. I waited in line for THREE HOURS. I'm standing outside for THREE HOURS in weather over 100 degrees. Tana con was probably better than this. Someone literally passed out in front of me because we were out there in the heat for so long. THINGS ONLY GOT WORSE.When I FINALLY got in, the actual air was wet. The walls were wet, the floors were wet, all from sweat and NO air facilitated into the small venue. I got in the building in time to see the main act. Even HE had to cut his performance short because it was NOT safe for people. I saw TWO people being carried out because they passed out. There were CHILDREN at this show. What is wrong with this venue?? How could the firefighters seriously not call this show off? People LITERALLY were being carried out, and not the woah that's crazy cool story bro, like kids 15 years old passing out from dehydration and lack of air. How this venue was able to host this event, I will not understand. How this venue did not take proper steps to make sure people were enjoying their show safely, I do not understand. They were clearly more concerned with making money rather than the safety of CHILDREN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO ANY EVENT AT THIS VENUE WITHOUT THEM SERIOUSLY GETTING THEIR SH*T TOGETHER. You've ran your business for so long in Fresno you KNOW DAM WELL how hot it gets. This should not have happened.

This place is terrible. Show starts at 7 but the doors wouldn't open until 8:30, and they would only let 1 person in at a time. We had to stand in line for 3 hours. Once we got inside there was no fans the place turned into a sauna. I saw multiple people passing out to the point that the performer was concerned about the audience enough to cut the show early. He even told people to not came back to the venue.

I went to this venue tonight to see Juice WRLD. Ticket said 7:00pm but the line started moving at 8:30pm. We have been waiting in line since 4pm so it was very disappointing having to wait another extra hour and a half. THERE IS NO AC. keep in mind this was a sold out show. Imagine a full venue that is sold out with NO AC. Shitty right? It was super hard to breathe in there. We were in the front and had to move to the back. Unfortunately it still felt the same. The security was useless as the line before getting in was an atrocious and jumbled mess. We sat in 106 degree weather as well. This venue should be shut down because it is an extreme health hazard. The bathrooms are overflowing with water from the sinks and the inside area is also very dirty. Overall this was a horrible experience.

I wanna rate this place 0 stars, my girlfriend and i went here last night and it was horrible. We waited from 4:30-8:30 outside with no shade, and the concert was supposed to start at 7. There was nothing wrong with the artists on stage but the venue was TRASH. Everyone was literally dripping in sweat, there was no AC, and the speakers were distorted as hell. A bunch of people passed out and that is unacceptable. Waste of my money to be here, i didnt pay to be in a fuckin oven.

Zero Stars, Hands Down! I sent this to DowntownFresno.org also. I am the mother of 2 boys in Fresno and my oldest (16) is up to par with Hip Hop, Rap etc. and I took him and his younger brother (12) to the Juice Wrld concert on Wed 7/25. First, it was advertised doors open at 7 pm, performance at 8 pm. When our Uber driver dropped us off at 7:20 pm, the end of the line wrapped around F to Kern then to G. The doors weren't open on F when we stood in the wrong VIP line at first a little after 7 pm. We waited over 3 hours before we actually walked through the doors (9:50 pm). When we got to the entrance, there was 1 male and 1 female security checking bags only. On F street they made us get into 2 lines, later telling me I had to go from my line to the Female security line and another girl cut in front of me and ultimately I was cutting in front of the other line. Totally disorganized. It was heard in the lines by many people, they sold out but 698 tickets were sold. I don't think this venue holds that many people-some were saying 500. They ultimately overbooked the venue. I paid $29.50/ea for tickets and the guys in line behind us paid $109 ea for their tickets. Only to learn upon walking into the venue, it was Hot As Hell in there. I forbid my younger son from entering the theater and my older son objected even though his friends were inside sweating their asses off. You could feel the wave of heat hit your face as you walked through the arched doorway into the theater from the small obstructed hallway. Our faces turned red and we were sweating profusely just standing in the hallway. If I paid $109/ticket and found out there was no A/C, only 1 swamp cooler that was operating, and the ceiling fans were not on or moving, I would request my money back. Juice Wrld kept saying how hot it was in there when they were performing on stage. The line for bottled water was ridiculously long and the area in the lobby was crowded, awkward, outdated. I could go on and on but I have photos and video to prove that this was unacceptable in all realms and a total disaster. We had a much better experience at Strummers for Lil Xan and have heard great reviews about Warnor's (and they have A/C) In all honesty, my boys and I were looking forward to visiting this venue and enjoying a concert for an up and coming artist and we couldn't wait to leave after 2 songs. Plus we missed all of the opening acts. Not worth $109 let alone $29.50. Before they host another concert there, they should think twice about it. I feel bad for Juice Wrld, my boys and the rest of the young fans that were subjected to these poor conditions.
