I have had one of the worst experiences with Jerry and this company. Long story short, my brand new cabinets in a new build were in and out of their shop trying to be color matched after the paint was cracking on all of my drawers. This went on for 3 months and he would refuse to try to fix it. I had to call the contractor to call Jerry and tell him he needed to make it right because the response from him was "I ain't doin that..." multiple times! I just received my cabinets once again and they are still not right. After 4 times, and months later, all we've heard are excuses! Completely unprofessional and extremely RUDE! No respect or compassion for a customer with a destroyed kitchen that they paid EXTRA for because it was an upgraded color! Extremely disappointed with the service we received and I will never do business with this man again.
