Since last November I was fired just because I requested a day off with a month ahead they just turn out so nasty on me try it and you will find out how they are good luck I just want to make sure you are aware. Well I thought I knew this company because I have worked for them for almost 8 years at first the owners of the company were very friendly and looked like they were compassionate & caring people but after they start to leave the office just on the stuff everything was so bad,it started to look like they didn't care about what the company was about and then they turned out to care more for the money then for the patients or clients and no even for the caregivers they started discriminating some off us but oh well I just want to let you know it is not worth it try it and you will find out on your own just be careful because just because there is a company or business that has a "trusting" name doesn't mean it should be trusted just watch out with who or to whom you trust your lovely elder with

We used this service to provide home help for our elderly mother. They come out to meet you and find the best fit in caregivers, for your situation. We appreciated the flexibility they offer, so you can get the right amount of care. The caregiver they assigned was loving, able to meet all our requests, and was a creative and wonderful cook when needed! I recommend giving Auspice a try as you deal with taking care of your elderly parents.

I just have the need to throw this out there....something that is very near and dear to my heart...Anyone who may be seeking out in-home care-giving services...please beware of a company called "Auspice Home Care"....all I can say is "FRAUD"! Everything that was promised to our family, by the OWNER...NEVER happened! I have never seen a business run in such an unprofessional manner. The people who are hired for this company get recruited right out of the classroom...often many that came into our home had only been enrolled in the school for two weeks, and were sent out as trained personnel...so far from the truth! my mother fell 8x at the hands of their "trained" caregivers! By the letter of the law, they were NOT even legally able to tend to my mother medically...the company is supposed to have either a doctor or RN with a current license to supervise and oversee direction of the employees...that IS NOT the case for Auspice. Each care giver that I personally came in contact with was asked if they had been directed or overseen by either a doctor or RN, and each replied "no" and "that they never even saw a doctor or RN in the building"...most all of them said "they never even had any training from Auspice"...which is NOT what we were told. We were told that they have their own training for all their employees and all caregivers are either CNA's or LVN's....definitely not what we experienced in our home! In the 90 days that they were in our home and probably 20+ different care givers, only two that I met were such. We did get luck the last three weeks before my mother passed away and actually got a CNA who was amazing with my mother, and for that I am and will forever be grateful! Thank you to our "guardian angel"!!!My sister and I basically trained the girls that came into the home, as to the medical needs for my mother. Such as, how to administer the medicines into her feeding tube, how to start her feedings in the tube on the feeding pump, to make sure that my mother was given a bath and basic hygiene was tended to and basically had to be there to make sure that things were tended to properly...and this was all happening while my dad paid nearly $7000 a month. It is terrible what happened in our home, and when we complained about issues, most went on a deaf ear. Please, please be very careful when looking for a company! I thought that we did our homework, but we obviously did not see the fraud coming until it started in the home. I cannot even say that we got what we paid for in the sense that what we paid about half as all the other companies charged...and for $7000...we didnt get trained help! So, please, please be careful who you let into the home, and ask to see credentials from all who claim to be licensed! Please, please be very careful when looking for a company! Do your homework... but DO NOT let AUSPICE HOME CARE into your home! Pass along to anyone you know looking for companionship or in-home caregivers! Thanks!
