Had an IRS Letter of Audit pertaining to my own 2021 Taxes that I completed myself. Being fearful and not wanting to have the IRS on my wrong side, I went to Associated Tax Service for help! Mike our hired CPA was wonderful and very knowledgeable about how to fix our mistakes and in the end NO taxes needed to be paid! This place is nice inside and the the Staff ( Assistant ) including Mike are A+ in my books! I highly recommend anyone needing a CPA or Taxes done to know your in good hands if you come here!

Associated Income Tax Services is under new and improved ownership! Michael Hawkes has been filing my taxes for years and I'm happy he finally has his own place. Under his leadership, AITS has improved their communication with clients from different generation and background. They are reliable, responsive and professional. There was a lien on one of my filings and Michael quickly provided information and guidance on how to address my issue. It was also a quick turn-around from the time I provided AITS my tax documents to receiving my tax return. This year, I received more return than anticipated for losses throughout the year!! Win win!! I highly recommend AITS if you are in search for great service that will cater to your needs!!

Associated Tax Service has been in business for many years in Visalia. (I'd guess over 40). My parents went there and one of my siblings. So upon my return to CA I decided that was the place to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nicely the offices were decorated and remodeled as it had fallen into disrepair and the previous owners had grown older. Michael Hawkes and his wife did a super job upgrading and creating a very professional welcoming office space More importantly they provide superior service. Michael is very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I got more on my tax return that I thought I would and he even looked at last years and was able to fix it and get me a return.I felt secure having him do my taxes
