Asia Supermarket

This is about their catering service. 1) A few month ago, I ordered a big tray of papaya salad to go. At the time of placing the order, I specifically asked if they would be able to do it for a 12:30pm pick up, as I had to be back at work at 1pm. They assured me it would be done. On the day of the pick up, I got there a few minutes before 12:30pm, they had not even started working on the order. The employee was very apologetic. They had me wait 10-15 min and brought it as soon as they were done. Not happy. As for the food, I did not taste it, but those who did said it was good. Offer better customer service. Give out a coupon or a free appetizer for the inconvenience, especially when you mess up. I want to support your business, but not when you show little care for your customers. 2) My workplace catered hot food from them two days in a row. The food tasted fresh and flavorful! I was very impressed. Don't let the food section at the store fool you. I never order from there because the food never looks very fresh whenever I go there. It looks like it's been there for hours. However, give their catering a try. Their dishes are actually very good!

Food horrific! Papaya salad gross, $75 worth of food went into the trash. Service ? Hmm she didn't seem like she like her job too much ahaha she was unpleasant and not very likable. Can't say too much about the place since the food is inside the grocery store so I'll leave it as that ahaha DON'T waste your money, instead go to LA Kitchen! Their food is BOMB and fresh!

This supermarket is big and has lots of variety from veggies, oriental needs, shoes, clothes and even hot foods. Last time I was here, I didn't like the hot foods so I avoided that. They had a great variety of snacks and veggies. They also have a reward system if you're a local so I would look into that. They're open until 7:30pm and not 7:00pm as noted on my phone. Staff is friendly and they had stuff that the other big stores didn't have in regards to snacks. I would come again!

We are from Oregon and my mom bought 6 packs of specially made Hmong sausages to bring back home. My husband bit into the first pack that we cooked and found the zip ties and rubberband that must have held the vegetables together. We called just to make them aware of it and they hung up the phone on us... TWICE.

This store has many Asian staples. The aisles are very skinny and it is hard to find items. Plus it seems that you are always in someone's way, ot there is always someone in your way.There are two large lines at the front of the store that block EVERYTHING in the area around the check-out stations. On Saturday the 13th the produce did not look fresh. If this is the only store like this in the area maybe it is OK. (Why I rate 3 Stars)but I would not recommend, just an awkward place to spend money.

A majority of the workers were really rude and obnoxious. The whole time they were giving attitude and complaining. Like if you don't like your job go work somewhere else instead of taking it out on the customers...

Love this Asia super market. Always find myself here before my drive home to Los Angeles It's a one stop shop. I noticed they also offer funeral caskets services by calling the store or the number on the fliers. In the back room they make special funeral floral or paper money arrangements . Looking for traditional HMong , Mien or Lao dresses / attire they have you covered here. . They didn't have many Asian herbs this time around besides cilantro, mint . Now is the season for mustard greens and oranges.Price of lemon grass bundles has gone up , used to be $2.98 ,today I paid $5.98 . Of course the customer service here has been consistent. From the cashier and the stock employees on the floor were friendly .

Very unsanitary. Bought a papaya salad and they gave me a free half-alive cockroach with my food. I didnt notice until we came home to open the bag. I was kinda scared to buy food there since Im pregnant but i decided to go along with my husband to give it a try... my intuition was right... there goes the roach on the top of the papaya salad lid. Yes i know it's outside the lid but who knows how sanitary the food is. Didnt eat it. Waste of money

Hot food to go is in the back of the market. They don't do grub hub, or Uber eats! At least not yet. If you like South East Asian food, give this place a try! Plus they always have fresh seasonal vegetables that are grown locally. They sell a lot of Asian decor and even a lot of Old School Asian Clothing for the grandmas and grandpas. Sometimes the wait in line is long when you're waiting to check out, but be patient, they finally developed a good checkout system! The market/store/food to go place is not in the best of town, but hey that where you can get some of the best food and deals! Come on by!
