I noticed their food truck parked across the street from Rite Aid Woodlake and I decided to give them a tryThey offer a variety of popular Asian Food and drinks. I ordered just a drink,the Taro Coconut Boba. Although,I felt it needed more Coconut flavor and Tapioca Pearls, it was refreshing. Next time I drive that direction, I will order their Food dishes

It's nice to have this food truck parked at Kaweah Health Medical Center during the night, because it offers some really good food and drinks when compared to the often bland and tasteless alternatives served at the cafeteria for the night shift workers. They're not here every day, but on the days they are it's a welcomed change of pace as I don't have to grub hub or door dash food in from other places. Very convenient. Even though it's a small food truck they have a whole assortment of menu items. From chicken to beef to pork entrees with multiple sides, to appetizers, to desserts like funnel cakes and boba drinks, to what all night shifters need which is caffiene in the form of red bull energy mixed drinks. Their egg rolls are bomb. They give you about 6 in each order, and if you don't get there early they usually run out. Extremely crunchy, flavorful, not greasy at all. Stuffed with so much filling inside. It's nice too that they have meat in there and it's not just a vegetable eggroll. And the sauce on the side is just amazing. I think I've tried all their red bull drinks. They are all refreshing and well flavored. Really beats the black coffee (which is also equally essential) they have in the emergency dept. They have sides of noodles or sticky white rice to go with their entrees, and they are both equally good when your just so hungry running around at work. Prices are fair too. They don't play into the supply and demand ideology. But provides good amount of food at a decent price. The other day too they showed great integrity and customer service. I ordered one of their entrees. When they gave it to me, she explained they had ran out of that particular protein, so it wasent enough to make a complete entree order so they refunded my money in full but still gave me the half order!! Totally unexpected, but really nice to see that some businesses still have integrity. Follow them on face book at asias kitchen 1 to see where they are going to be located throughout the week. Continue supporting local small businesses especially as they provide good food and drinks at reasonable prices. And also as they continue to provide a key service (feeding hungry night shift health care workers) in the visalia community.

Chow mein was very flavorful adding the sriracha sauce was sooo good! Great size serving! Taro smoothie was awesome, the boba was just right! :)

First time and we enjoyed our food. Egg rolls, chow mein, chicken and jerky kabobs. We'll be back and do recommend
