Absolute horrible customer service. Ordered a couch two months ago and it got delayed SIX WEEKS. When I called for an explanation their was no sympathy or apology for my frustration. So disappointed and angry. Will be calling for my refund because I could get a couch from China before then. So disgusted.

Terrible customer service, cheap furniture no refund policy!!!! nobody answers the phone ever I have to go down to the store just to get some kind of service. The manager is very unprofessional, no callbacks.

Horrible place to get you furniture . They said are furniture would be here in may. Waited a whole month then when may came they said 1 piece only came in so they pushed it AGAIN to June 24!!!! Called today and now there saying JULY 17!! A total of 3 months waiting . First and last time I will ever go through them. We gave away all are furniture due to them saying it will be here on the exact date they gave us. So here we are with no furniture sleeping on air up beds for 7+ weeks !!! BS .

This fucking place is trash. I ordered this bed, expecting to get it at least by Thursday (5/6/20). All we received was wooden slates. Half of the stuff that was supposed to come today, didn't fucking come. I am so disappointed and this is going to be the last time I order shit from this shitty fucking place. My daughter is fucking disappointed and sad, she was soo happy, expecting her bed to come in, now she is in tears. This service sucks, I recommend never ordering shit from that place at all.

I bought my living room furniture from Ashley furniture, as a matter of fact I bought their signature collection. I also bought warranty for 5 years. They made it sound so easy by saying if dont use the warranty within 5 years , You can use it towards your next purchase . So I called today November 24 2019 and talked to an employee name Vanessa in customer service explaining my situation and asked if she can call me within an 1 hour . She continued with I will get back to you. So I decided to call back and talk to a manager,Vanessa answered again I asked to speak to a manager the manger named Devan answered-the phone , he wasn't even professional , he got on the phone and said "What do you want". I asked him who am I speaking to he said Devan and I am the store and after I asked who I was speaking to and than he went along with you don't want to speak to my customer service so she gave me the phone and you are cursing at us. I asked if I was being recorded if so listen to it and tell me what have I said and also I said I will contact Cooperate office he and Vanessa started laughing at me and than and said go ahead and they hang up the phone.When we call Ashley furniture the message aggregate so much about how they thrive with customer service and they hire the best individuals for employment . So after talking to Devan I don't think the ad information said is true , which now thanks to the manager Devan just made ASHLEY Furniture look really bad . We just bought a 5 bedroom house and were thinking about furnishings with Ashley but now I have second thoughts after being insulted by Devan and his customer service employee name Vanessa in the Fresno location at 7502 N Blackstone Ave in Fresno Ca . Not happy with this store bad customer service, manager not professional at will not recommend unless you en getting insulted
