This is the only Arsenios in fresno I come to. The chili verde fries here are AMAZING!!! This is the only one that does them like this. Soft fall apart meat. So good. I always use the drive thru. They are pretty quick. Worth the drive across town for them. Every time.

For the price I paid it was not worth it. The service was good and there was no one in the drive thru. I ordered a California burrito and there was barely any meat and fries. It was mostly pico de gallo and tortilla. The lack of meat that it did have did not have much flavor. I had asked for 4 green salsa in which they said it's extra cost for salsa. So I said never mind and they said they can give me 3 instead. When I got home there was no green salsa and I was given red salsa. It was very disappointing. I'll drive out of my way to Robertitos instead.

So let's start by saying I forgot to take a picture! well I was craving a breakfast burrito this morning. I've had there burritos before and they are good but never have the time to yelp it. Today I ordered a machaca burrito which it's shredded beef burrito with onions and bell peppers mix together. I asked for potatoes and fresh jalapeños in it. Let me tell you that was so delicious I actually finished the whole thing before 10:30 I ordered it and 9 so I took some time to eat it cause it's so big! Definitely will be having another one on my cheat days! Special thank you to the cook that made it, you made my morning happy yet guilt full! I'm reading the review bellow mine and they use chunks of potatoes not French fries. I read a few that said they were unpleased with them using fries well I guess they care about the reviews because they are using grilled potatoes now.

COVID-19 phase: Drive-thru taken. Ordered 2 super burritos and asked if it could be made into a bowl with flour tortillas on the side and a side of tortilla chips. When I got to the window to pay the worker tried to argue with me. Said they do not do what I ordered and I can only get a burrito. I said why? I just want it in a bowl with the tortillas on the side. She just told me no, can't be done, but I can get a plate instead w/ tortillas on the side. Okay, isn't that the same thing? Anyways, shortly later, the worker was nice and wished me a good day and that was appreciated! Took the food back to work. My boss got the other one. They did most of the order correctly. I asked for a side of chips and instead they gave a big thing of nachos. Luckily, my boss was pretty happy with that mess up! Lol! Luckily! Everything worked out! My chicken plate was wow! Deliciousness! Refried beans were fantastic! Great rice and the chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned with a lot of flavor! Plus it came with HUGE flour tortillas and homemade goodness! Wow! Good salsa to spice it up too! Plus, a lot of food! Leftovers for days! My boss talked highly of his lunch! He loved it! Especially liked the nacho style tortilla chips! Very delicious lunch! Service got better in the end too! Recommended!!! ;)~~~

Disgusted and disappointed! $11 for this crap!? Really!? Then she tells me that it doesn't come with sour cream and I'd have to pay $1.50 more! For this disgusting sh*t they call sour cream! Do not eat here! They are rude and can't cook for sh*t. Shut this place down! Negative 5 stars!

I hate to have to give them two stars but I'm going to. Any of the burritos that are made with potatoes do not come with the potatoes that you and I expect. You know, the kind that Mom or abuelita put in your burritos--papas cortas. Noooooooo...Not here.They use french fries. Wow.Seriously disappointing. Don't come here thinking you're getting chorizo con papas because you're NOT, as far as I'm concerned. You're getting chorizo con french fries or any other burrito with "potato" ingredient. No thanks. Time to go somewhere else.

the service is always nice and friendly. But i will say the past 2 times i have gotten food from here there is ALWAYS a hair in my plates. we decided to give it another shot tonight because accidents do happen but of course there is a hair in my torta! they cut it down the middle and as soon as i picked one half there is was sticking straight out! maybe they should consider hairnets!

They'll take your order at the drive thru speaker, then ask you to repeat the order @ the window bc they didn't copy @ the speaker. I order veggie nachos every time bc I don't eat their meat. Got rang up for Asada Nachos, $15.something and I told the employee it was "veggie nachos no meat". She came back to window twice and asked me to confirm no meat. Rang me up the same amount and said veggie nachos were same price as nachos with meat. The pic of the menu on their page here shows 11 something for full order of nachos.
