Ariat Brand Shop

The first thing I noticed was the wonderful smell of leather. It's a classy country chic store. Yes, this place is pretty expensive. However, I did enjoy shopping here for my boys' boots and some tops and skirts for myself. The staff is really friendly and helpful. My boys and I were treated with respect and the staff was patient and attentive with us. The boys enjoyed roping the practice "toro". The quality of the boots is great. The sneakers not so much but then again this is western wear. We will come again to purchase our boots and farm gear.

I recently visited Ariat to pick out some new footwear and left with a pair of shoes and super comfy slippers. The experience was a bit of a mixed bag, so I'll break it down.First, the associate who assisted me was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options and helping me make my final selections. Her friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of. Her excellent customer service is one of the main reasons I'm giving this review three stars.When I first walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by other associates, which gave a great initial impression. However, things took a turn when I noticed a manager and another associate staring at me in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. It wasn't just a casual glance--it was the kind of staring that made me feel like they were suspicious of me, as if I was going to steal something.The staring was so persistent that I felt the need to turn around after making my purchase to make it clear that I noticed their behavior. It's disappointing to feel judged or scrutinized as a customer, especially when you're there with honest intentions.While I appreciate the helpfulness of the associate who worked with me and the general friendliness of the initial welcome as well as the cashier that rang up the sale, the unprofessional behavior of the manager and other associate overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit. There is no reason for anyone working in a customer service role to make customers feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.Ariat, please consider providing additional training for your staff--particularly your leadership--on how to ensure all customers feel valued and respected; the behavior of the manager and the other associate needs to be addressed.

I went to the newer work boot store in the same shopping center and got help and found exactly what I was looking for. I had just stumbled upon this store after visiting my son at college. I had been looking for a particular boot and all I have near me in Merced is boot barn. I will definitely make the trip here for boots from now on. Wish I could remember the two that helped me . One man with a beard and a taller women. Both were awsome and very knowledgeable about there boots. I'm glad I found this store.

So I'm hoping this is the Fig Garden location In Fresno.... These people were EXCELLENT!! I want to say my family was there Sat. June 22nd ( if I'm wrong it was June 29th) anyhow we walked in there, & believe me, we don't look like we shop western wear!!! But we bought bread at the bakery, walked some shops, when we entered this store, we felt like we've been there everyday of the year!! The associates there were just the sweetest (males included) they found my wife an awesome denim dress & we ended up buying my teenage daughter her first pair of Ariat cowboy boots! Honestly we could've stayed there the entire day just for the fact how welcomed we felt. The dress was great deal & the boots are of great quality. Just real good shout out to those there that day. Even to the manager who's not used to being on the sales floor. lol ..(it was a running joke). Just awesome guys!! Blessing to you all !!

Amazing Product I order some online and also from Amazon, so I decided to drive to the ARIAT store in Fresno is about 1 hour drive for me, I was looking to have a great experience but I was wrong, no customer service they don't help you, I ask one lady in the store if they had some shirts I was looking for she just detected me to go online, so it was a waste of time driving to the store.

This is a 5 star review but only after I went back to this store in the evening today (Dec 10,2021) I went this morning shortly after it opened. I wanted to get my bestie some boots for Christmas. I saw an employee and started asking questions. I immediately felt I was out of my element. Usually I give zero F**ks and continue to do what I set out but I was so turned off by the associate I walked out of the store and felt profiled. She was not kind or helpful. I believe her name was "Christina" Don't quote me. Anyway my best friend convinced me to go back this evening.... Clearly she wanted her boots for Christmas. I'm so glad I did. Ricardo helped me. He was kind, funny, a very good salesman and patient. I even ended up getting a pair of boots for myself. There were 2 other younger gals working also. They were all Hispanic. 95% of the evening clientele was Hispanic also. In the morning time, it was Caucasian. The vibe was entirely different and welcoming. That morning worker needs to treat everyone equally. I won't ever go to that store in the morning during her shift again. A manager really should pull her aside and let her know, to watch her attitude and bring herself down from that make believe pedestal she's on. Got my first amazing comfy pair of boots and I love them so far.

Great experience, funny and easy going employees. Definitely plan on returning.My only complaint is Ricardo, pretty self-explanatory. Otherwise, amazing trip to Ariat ‼‼

This is absolutely the WORST Boot/Shoe Company on the Planet. They will take your order and money without debate, but when it comes to delivery, they will cancel your order multiple times and promise you they will fix it but cancel it over and over and over again. I've tried to order the same boots (3) times and have tried no less than 75 phone calls but get passed off to another customer service agent that will need the entire story repeated. I've had multiple managers involved and not one can follow through on their promises. This is the Shadiest Company I have ever encountered.

I would normally give this place a 5 star rating. Yet, i am DISAPPOINTED to say the least. I went in a couple weeks ago to purchase a gift card for my father in law. While I was shopping around the customer service was great! A taller girl with darker hair helped me pick out some cute boots and a tee shirt. While we were at check out, I asked if I could purchase a gift card. The darker hair girl rung my items and she called over a shorter Hispanic girl to make sure she did it correctly.(I believe the taller girl is new) The Hispanic girl coped a HUGE attitude towards the young lady that was helping me. I felt so bad for the young lady that helped me. I don't understand why she had to be so cocky and rude when she was asking a question to make sure everything was correct
