It's ALMOST a solid 3 stars. This place has potential! They just lack in customer service and courtesy of ones time. I only had a two hour block and was in the vicinity. I always call the salon first so I can get an idea of the wait time. The girl said there was zero wait time and that it was dead. I get there within 5 minutes and I guess within that 5 minutes a stampede of people decided to show up? Hmm ok, it honestly made me feel like she lied to me so she could get my business. Cherry on top, I was not greeted at all when I walked in, they just looked at me and proceeded with their client, nobody told me I had to write my name on a sign in sheet much less have the courtesy to give me the real wait time. So I ended up waiting an hour and a half ! I wanted to walk out so bad but I really needed a pedi, and there wasn't anywhere else I could think of around that area, plus I was on a time constraint. So I stayed, the girl in front of me was so agitated, rolling her eyes, sighing and looking at her watch. Relatable, lol. Moreover, there was only 3 employees working the floor, ain't that efficient. Pricing is super reasonable, ($20 pedis) and if a day were to arise where I have all day to kill and no sense of time perhaps I will drop back in , but most likely not.

Worst service ever the lady's were really unprofessional i asked for a acrylic lay over on my toes paid 70 bucks and I got gel with just my big toes with laid with acrylic don't come here

This place sucks. I went here for a fill and to replace one nail. When the nail tech worked on my nails, she did not bother to cut out the areas that the nail was lifting. When she replaced the one nail, she put it on crooked. When I told her it was crooked she said she was not done yet. I let her do her thing. 7 days later I lost a nail without notice (did not bang it anywhere nor did it hurt when I lost it). I honestly don't know where that nail fell off. My other nails also do not feel secured. And the damn replaced nail is noticeably still crooked. Paid $40 for poor service. I did not leave a tip and did not say good job. Will never come here again.

If your on a budget and wana splurge a lil on nails i think this will be the place. They are friendly, sometimes I feel they are rushed wen there's customers back to back. Work station n pedi station cn use some cleaning dustinf, wiping down. Overall as long my nails are still intact, im good

I came here ON SEPTEMBER 20th 2020 to get my nails done BY LINDA I went in for a full set right before they closed on the 20th around 6;10pm right before closing it was just me & another customer their... I paid $40..that day I got home checked my transactions they charged me $52? I said to myself I don't remember leaving a tip but ehh $7 dollars isn't much I'll call tomorrow ( I never called because I have a newborn & it was only $7 dollars) .... (!!!KEEEP READING!!!!)FAST FORWARD to OCTOBER 13th 2020 I'm having a casual as fuckin day & as I go to put gas my card gets declined?! So I'm like wtf knowing I had money !! So I go on the app to check my transactions and where tf FIFTHY FIVE DOLLARS WENT MISSING FROM ?! 55 dollars half of 100 like what the fuck ?? SO I SEE IT SAYS GALAXY NAILS & SPA . At this point I'm like ??? I haven't been there in a month why did they charge me ?? So I call , I spoke to a man who seemed like he know just what I was talking about. He said not to report it to the bank or to the police & to just come pick up the cash. He begged me not to file a claim and said " please please mam no just please come get cash I sorry I don't member what I did " this is all taking place around 3 pm. So after I call the bank Its around 6pm I pull up and ask them to refund me my money they acted as if they did not hear us , ignored us told us they spoke no English when they were speaking in English & pretty much pretended we were crazy. The man who told me to pick up the cash sat there scared the whole time looking at me shaking. DO NOT GO HERE. These people are SCAMMERS !!! I have it all video tapped. These people are fuckin trash, stealing from people during a pandemic REALLY ?! First time in months we can actually go treat ourselves just to end up BEING ROBBED BY BROKE BUMS .

Don't go here. I don't recommend. They use dirty tools & towels. I had a missing toenail (it felloff) and I specifically told him to skip that toe because there is nothing there & he continued to drill & file my RAW skin with no nail. He then put acrylic when i asked him not to on the toe with no nail . If i get infected im going to be mad asl. The picture shows that he scrubbed until i started bleeding when i asked him to stop multiple times. I needed a quick pedi for a graduation so i decided tostop in there. i regret it. 0/10 stars if i could.

Worst place ever. For the prices they adversities, it's not worth the out outcome. So unprofessional. I will not be coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would....

DO NOT GO HERE. *using a fake name to protect my identity*I came to this salon about 3 years ago regularly when it was galaxy nails. i went in yesterday 5/27 for a simple gel manicure. my two index nails had broken recently and the lady asked if i wanted to do an acrylic overlay to make them longer. i agreed. the lady said nothing and just got up and another guy came to do the overlay in her place. and the whole time no one informed me what was going on. i noticed the acrylic was very runny and he was packing it on thick, i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because i'm not a nail tech. after he was done, the woman came back to drill them. they were still a bit thick but i tried to be patient. finally she's massaging my arms and hands and i still haven't looked at my nails. then the guy who did the acrylic came over, looked at my nails and she just walked away and he took my hands and started drilling off all the polish. he drilled down more on the acrylic, and i still hadn't had a good look but they seemed still so thick. he finally told me he was just going to add a third coat of polish and that's why he was drilling. he finished up and at this point i'd been in the salon for over an hour for just a simple manicure. there was no one else in the salon when i got there, there was no reason it should've taken so long. it was $45 and i could tell the guy was worried i would have left without paying, but i'm not that type of person. i even tipped $5 because i still appreciated their time and work. when i finally got to my car i looked at them and saw how awful they really were. they were crooked and thick. (keep in mind my index fingers were the only ones with acrylic) i've been growing out my natural nails for months hoping they'd be at a good length for a decent mani, and now they were lopsided and uneven. i totally agree that it's my fault for not looking at them before i left even after all the red flags, but i was just so fed up having been in there for so long. i tried to convince myself they weren't that bad, but they were. i had to call another salon because i didn't even want to go back there and ask them to fix it, because this is what they looked like after having TWO people work on them. the second salon were so understanding after seeing my nails and they STILL charged me less than this salon did when they didn't have to! they even had to add tips to my index fingers because the first place messed up my natural nails so bad with the acrylic.as for this salon, i texted them afterward to tell them i didn't like my nails and had to go somewhere else to fix them and wanted a refund. i even offered to show photo proof that i'd had them redone incase they thought i just wanted to pull a fast one. at first they offered to have me come back, but i'd never want to go back in there after having that experience. i stayed calm and polite, and basically said i don't think i'd be going back after being charged so much for an experience like that. they sent me a picture of a sign saying they don't provide refunds after you leave the salon! complete bull. i will be disputing with my bank, and hopefully this review will open their eyes. DO NOT GO HERE. they're are unprofessional and overpriced for the work they do!!!

they are very unsanitary! nets flying in bin where dirty towels & hand washing station are cause they never wash them! all towels they use on you are dirty. they dont sanitize any of there products or even clean the salon.eric is very aggressive and unprofessional. i have reported them to the health department and corporate hope they shut them down! ridiculous prices for unsanitary and unsatisfying work
