They have a very rude lady who answers the phone. They haven't paid for essential things. We are really struggling to get a face mask for our loved one right now which she needs to breath. Very sad way to treat people who are coping with ill loved ones. Next time the ride lady answers I'll get her name. Today they told me she's one of the supervisors.

During a very difficult time, Teresa was helpful, answered my many questions, understanding and compassionate. I would recommend this hospice. The receptionist/ office girl was very responsive and sweet over the phone.

They seemed caring and concerned about my mother in her final days, but they ended up being such a disappointment would not return calls and we were not able to spend the last 3 days with my mother because of this company would NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN FOR END OF LIFE HELP!!!!!
