One of the few places in the Fresno/Clovis area that actually does watch repair and battery replacement. I brought in three watches; two needed a battery repair and one needed a link addition.They were able to help me out with everything except for one of the watches. I was told they tried three different batteries and even tried using a magnet to see if they could get the gears moving. I really appreciate their effort and they suggested just going back to the manufacturer to have them replace it. The service was fast and friendly. They were done with everything in about 20-minutes. Beyond watch repair they also sell a lot of watches and jewelry, for both men and women. I believe they also offer jury cleaning and stone alignment services. Pro Tip: If you come here to get your watch serviced or your jewelry cleaned there's a Casa Corona in the shopping center. Go enjoy a margarita and some cold AC while you wait!

Baby, I am back!! I know y'all miss my colorful reviews. It's taken a minute to get situated in my new community. F-R-E-S-N-O!! That's right, I'm back to being a California girl.I needed to get watch batteries stat for my five time zone watch. That's right, it requires five batteries. One never knows when you need to know what time it is in Tokyo or Paris at the exact same time, just in case your iPhone dies and you have to revert back to old fashion ways of actually owning a watch. Survival of the fittest forever.The batteries were $20 a piece. They installed all of them in my watch while I waited. They did give me one of the batteries for free since it was a lot of batteries to change at one time. I really appreciated that.While I was waiting, they did show my guest several styles of engagement rings and that was really nice as well.I like the vibe of the store. I did notice they carry all the latest brands in bridal like Simon G. If you're in the market for an engagement ring this is the place you want to come.Thanks for being super nice and fixing my watch while I waited. Mahalo.

I brought my fossil watch in which had a broken link. They fixed the watch right as I waited and were so kind and helpful! I highly recommend the team at Ara Karkazian.

We got our wedding rings here and we couldn't love them more. He helped us custom design our rings incorporating some of my Mother's diamonds into my wedding set. They worked with us on pricing and made it affordable for us. We have brought our rings in for cleanings and to be worked on in the past few years since we got them and always have awesome service from everyone there. I always recommend Ara Karkazian's for any jewelry or watch needs.

Hey you! Yeah you.. the consumer, the one reading this, you want a recent real review? Here it is, You will get one from me! Original my fiancé bought this ring back last year(Nov 2023) where he then proposed which I said absolutely yes (January2024) I have been back and forth to this place over THREE times this past year for issues from this ring. The first time we got a diamond replaced and the prongs redone as it was loose. It took a month, and when I got it back the diamond was in fact replaced but all of the surrounding diamonds were loose. iI noticed immediately so I didn't wear it and we brought it back a second time. Waited another month and they said they fixed it. Noticed after I got home that the diamonds were still loose. Then brought it back a THIRD TIME (mind you I live a hour away so this is a drive for me) and got it fixed after speaking with the co-owner. They didn't give me options to add more prongs (even though if they added more prongs to each setting it would of been more secure) to secure it but after I got it back the center diamond was off to the side there are still 2 loose diamonds. I waited a bit to write this (just to figure out how to put this kindly) but in all honesty I'm not coming back to this jewelers and you shouldn't go there. You should fix it the first time right. Even if you claim it's a "difficult ring" to fix why would you sell us one that would do this in the first place!?! I am incredibly disappointed and please, PLEASE, please don't waste your time. By the way all they could do is apologize? What type of business model is this? 0/5 stars don't go here actually go to a place where they won't waste your time.I've add videos of the loose diamonds as proof.

Are and his team are awesome. I didn't know what I had and they made sure I knew it was the real deal. I've been there for a few needs in the last couple years and they've been wonderful to work with.Highly recommended

Ara karkazian jewelry has a great selection, I was very happy when they had the ring I was looking for. They were even able to make the changes to my specifications. The staff was welcoming and full of smiles. I can't wait to get my chain from them.
