Apex did a great job from start to finish. I got a quote same day, reasonable pricing, they came when promised, and were very professional. Nicole was easy to work with and very communicative. Very satisfied with how the roof came out. Crew worked diligently and left no mess. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sadly, I had to replace my roof on my house. It has been leaking for the past two years. I filed an insurance claim and "Renaissance-General Restoration Contracting, Inc" was assigned the claim. After their initial inspection they informed me I should replace my roof. I asked if they would replace my roof and they said no. They told me they exclusively contract with APEX Valley Roofing, Inc.My roof was a tile roof and 30+ years old. While appearances show the roof looked great, when you look deeper in spots it is not in good shape. I recently installed solar recently (great work and love it) and my Air Conditioners are on the roof. Why do I say all this? There are too many reasons for technicians to walk on my roof and potentially break tiles--which has happend (or create weak points for tiles to slip). So, I decided to replace my roof with Shingles instead of tile.I called APEX Valley Roofing and right away I received GREAT service. They answered all my questions, came out and performed their own inspection, provided Shingle samples for me to choose from, and provided me with a reasonable price to replace my roof--I did get another quote from a different vendor and APEX was the most reasonable. That said, the recommendation by Renaissance played a big part in my decision making process.Ricardo Garcia was the person I worked with the most. My first impression of him was that he was genuine, kind, fair, and committed to deliver on his promise of quality at a reasonable price. Throughout the project he did not disappoint. I must point out (prior to meeting him) I did NOT have a lot of great things to say about contractors that perform home repair and improvements--I have plenty of experience working with individuals that are dishonest, deliver poor work, and constantly delay and delay to the point where a two week project takes two months. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN WITH Ricardo Garcia and APEX. With this project, Ricardo took care of everything from obtaining Permits to coordinating with my Solar Panel Company to remove the Solar panels before he could remove the existing tile roof and install Shingles. Between the removal of Solar Panels and Roof replacement, the time it took was less than 10 days, more closer to 7 days, to obtain a beautiful looking roof. The process was well managed in the sense that the site was kept clean, minimal disturbance to my neighbors, and well planned, communicated, and executed. I couldn't be happier.At the end, I can genuinely say that I have made a friend. Ricardo Garcia is a truly kind, honest, and a personable guy who places his customers needs first while at the same time working hard to make an honest living.THANK YOU Ricardo Garcia, APEX Roofing, and Staff.

We had a great experience with APEX roofing from the initial call for the inspection to receiving the quote in a timely manner. We were able to schedule the tear off and install before this latest storm which saved us more damage and calls from our renters about water leaks. Thanks APEX, keep up the great work!

Very pleased with our experience with Fresno, CA Apex Valley Roofing from start to finish. Called for an inspection of our 29 year old roof after losing several shingles during the many winds and rainstorms this past Fall and Winter. Found no major issues but we decided to go ahead with having our roof replaced because of roof's age. Visited office on W. Jennifer Ave. to schedule and to see larger sample and choices of shingles. We gave $1,000 deposit and put on their schedule. Great communication and we were notified by hone call of exact start date and what to expect, what would be happening. Crew arrived early on a Monday and were very organized and conscientious tearing off old roof. Clean up was great. Porta Potty was also provided by Apex for crew to use. All work was done plus inspections by the end of the week. Cleanup was great, very pleased. We had a few questions after completion of roof and Rick was great, very helpful with coming back to check and answer our questions. We highly recommend Apex Valley Roofing. Apex completed a roof replacement for my home. Team was quick and efficient. Considerate of propert and removed all debris when job was completed. Would recommend.

UPDATE: It has been a little over a year since the roof was done. Few things that I forget to mention. APEX should never have the materials (Shingles) arrived before the underlayment install. There were no underlayment (at least) install on the ridges when the materials arrived. They had to move the shingles around and cut pieces of the underlayment to be install on the roof. The underlayment should be one continuous roll and overlap the next roll, instead of cutting pieces here and there. It pissed me off when company are more about money then the value of their work. I feel that they were just rushing the job. Another thing was that, one of APEX employee appeared not to care about potentially damaging my roof, muchless care about safety. He kept dropping the heavy nail gun twice and tumble down my roof and Not only that, he threw one of the metal roof safety mounting bracket on my roof and damged the new roof. I should have kick him off my property then. The materials used was cool roofing materials by Corner Owens. Last summer 2024 it appeared it didn't help much to cool my home. I should have them install more roof venting system. Speaking of venting systems, One roofing vent is bent and it was never fix, It look out of place then the rest. Another thing is when my house address number (2 numbers) fall off during the roof installation, because of all the banging. They didn't tell me about it, until I discovered one of the number was swept in one of their debris. I didn't care much about it, but by not telling me about it, it showed that APEX employee's was covering up the damage and NOT being honest. They may think that I forget about the issues, but I never forget dishonest people. I couldn't find the same size numbers, so I had to buy a custom address numbers. With all that said, Ricky (owner) address some of the issues with his employees. However, I still need to fix one roof vent that is bent during APEX installation and I need to put more roof vents (at least 8 vents) before 2025 summer come around, because the cool roofing materials by Corner Owens is not helping to cool the house much.

I totally recomend Apex Valley Roofing. Their attention to detail was amazing. The technicians were careful to make everything precise and my curb appeal was really improved.
