Apex Design Cabinets and Quartz Countertop

I was originally going to put 1 star only, but I recently stopped at the new store on Marty and had a much better experience there. If the Marty one had a yelp page I would give them the better rating. The problem I have with this location is 1. They never answer their phone, what is with that? 2. I had to com in because no one could help me over the phone and have been there a handful times and the "manager" is hardly there, and when is he's always on the phone yelling in whatever foreign language he speaks. 3. I'm confused as to if they have a showroom and open to the public why aren't they nicer and attentive to customers? If they were too busy then why not tell me I could go down the street to their new store for help? Don't come here if you are new to home remodeling, or need customer service because they won't help you.

I wouldn't bother with Apex (Shaw/Marty location) I have stopped by plenty of times and nobody is ever in the front office or warehouse. Their doors and gate were open every time but not one person. I also tried calling their office, nobody answers. I gave them another try today and finally people were there! As happy as I was to finally see people there I was quickly disappointed! Two guys shouted to me from the back of the warehouse. One guy shouted to "hold on" and the other guy shouted "what do you want" I had to shout back to tell him what I was looking for (in front of the customer they were already helping) and he quickly respond in a rude manner that they don't have what I'm looking for. I understand that he probably knows his inventory very well. But he didn't have to respond that way. I'm an Interior Designer and contractor. I went in looking to purchase sinks and countertops for a client today. I was willing to wait, but apparently that guy didn't want my business. To bad for him because their location is very close to my office and I would have gave him PLENTY of business.
