Anthony’s Tacos

I just recently found out about Anthony's Tacos from a friend and WOW I ahve been missing out. Anthony and his team (especially Bianca) are the sweetest people and know what they're doing - from the menu, food, down to social media and branding. They typically post on social media when they'll be serving food, and its a great way to keep updated. The menu has 4 main items, all based around birria. I tried all of their items and was FLOORED by the quality- the birria was juicy and tender, and a perfect meal anytime of year. I personally loved the birria queso tacos the best, but everything was amazing. If you visit and love, they also have shirts, hats and tote bags to share your loyalty. I shared all my goodies with my family and everyone enjoyed! I can see why it was recommended by my friend!!

Just want to start off with, Anthony's Tacos is absolutely amazing with their branding. From the truck design itself to the stickers to the label on my Horchata-- they've completely got this down! We've been trying to hunt down this specific taco truck for a couple of days, and he posts on Instagram where he's going to be so that helped a lot. The day that I went was a Friday at the Lifestyle furniture parking lot on Shaw & Blackstone. The customer service was exceptional and they gave us stickers and let us ring a little bell for being first-timers. Super cute! I ended up paying $40 something for three plates and a little Horchata bottle. Not bad! The line was consistently long but orders came out QUICK! I think we only waited about 3 minutes. I haven't had Birria before, so I was super excited. I think the salsa (which you can buy for $10 a bottle) and soup/broth/sorry I don't know what it's called add a lot of flavor! Unfortunately the salsa was too spicy for me so I wasn't able to get the full experience. :') The rice was also REALLY flavorful and fluffy. Beans were a bit salty but fresh and overall good! The Horchata was also really good and I love the little label on the bottle.

FLAVOR FLAVOR FLAVOR!!! I don't eat Birria and I'm not really a red meat fan but maaaaaaaaan let me tell you. ITS WORTH IT!!! Tacos, beans, rice, burritos, all delicious!! THAT GREEN SAUCE...So dope they have the family involved. From ordering your food with Bianca Bee, to watching Anthony cook it up, to the mom, aunt, and brothers doing their thing, it's somethin special! My family and I will definitely be back. The service is A-1! The food is just as amazing. So glad to have food like this that's available weekly!! Keep doing yall thang!!

Wow. Probably the best tasty Birria taco I've ever had in Fresno. Price is fair, maybe about 50 cents more expensive than when I get them in San Diego, but excellent quality.I just found this guy on Instagram, and decided to visit one of his pop up events. He was only serving tacos, which made my choice very easy. I order two tacos, and as the young woman that helped me said, regretted it after I started eating. There are some really delicious flavors here. First off, the meat is cooked perfectly tender without being overdone or under done. The flavoring is incredible. The consommé for dip is outstanding. There's a wonderful mix between spicy, and flavor throughout the entire taco, and the consommé. The salsa is a creamy green salsa that has a heavy citrus influence, with avocado and some nice heat. The salsa is ridiculously delicious; spicy in my opinion, but absolutely delicious and I wish I would've asked for more. The taco shells are perfectly crisp and what I would expect from this type of taco.All in all, this was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back and grab more tacos in the future. Absolutely outstanding!

Been eating at Anthony's Tacos since he was only serving the block. Food has always been amazing, service is always quick, and the vibes are always on point. Probably eating here tonight honestly.

I've been wanting to try them out for a while, so I'm glad I could swing by! I came when there wasn't a line at Lifestyle Furniture so service was so good and really fast!Unfortunately I think I came a little late, because all they had available were tacos, but they were still good! I hope to try the quesadilla and burrito next time.They're truck and set up was super cute. Follow their IG @anthonys.tacos to see where they are and what's available. I think they open on Wednesday and Saturdays. I wish they had a menu on the outside of the truck for me to check out, but I could have missed it!

Finally got a chance to give them a try tonight! Located on Shaw and Blackstone in front of Lifestyle Furniture Parking lot they opened at 5pm. We go there at 5:05pm and saw the line was already long. My husband stood in line while I waited in the car it too about 10mins for him to get to the front. We ordered 5 tacos, one burrito and one ramen. Literally 2 mins later as he came back in the car to sit away from the cold they called our order. They worked so fast. It was about a 12 mins ride back home. When I opened all the packaging the food was still nice and warm. Presentation looked great! The birria tacos came with the toppings, guacamole salsa and consomé. The ramen had all the toppings and sauce inside as well.Everything was delicious! The tortilla was crunchy and the had so much flavor. The birria was good and so was the consomé. The ramen and burrito was also so yummy! Everything was so filling. And I loved their guacamole salsa. Anthony's tacos definitely lives up to its hype! I've had birria tacos before and was never a fan but Anthony's tacos has "Wow-ed" me and definitely changed my mind. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them if you haven't tried.

They were by themselves so just tacos, I want to come back and try the burritosYou can eat under an awning with tables and chairs, but I took mine to go. Prices are very fair, so go get some.

The best tacos in Fresno, smack ya mama good! The service is impeccable & fast , the food is amazing & the best part is they know they got bomb food so no judgment when you walk right back up for 3 or 4 more tacos. Definitely 5 star food.

Hmm, infection control is a concern. I observed on their IG live 2/10/24: I observed that Anthony is cleaning, touching items on the counter top and eating while wearing gloves. However, he fails to dispose of these gloves and continues to use them while cooking for others. Additionally, another female worker in the food truck took a break and consumed food inside the trunk. Following her meal, she disregarded proper hand hygiene by not washing her hands before putting on gloves. It appears that there is a need to familiarize yourselves with proper hygiene practices and food safety guidelines. It's like you're wiping your ass and not washing your dirty hands. Oh but it's ok because you are putting gloves on. I'm in the healthcare field and we gel in and gel out. Plus, we are constantly washing our hands before putting gloves on this is a RED FLAG!!
