I don't think Amy Lopez likes black people but I paid her what she asked of me and she promised me I would get at least 50% of custody of my twin daughters which was a lie. I actually have 0% custody of my twin daughters. She promised me that she would get the other party to pay me back for court fees but that was a lie. The other party did not pay me a single penny back for my court fees. She also promised me that my mother would get to see my two children as well because she unable to see them but that was also a lie. The worst part is that she told me to go back to her office after court to fill out some paperwork, to come and find out that paperwork was for her to step down from being my lawyer as soon as I had fully paid her what she asked of me. I literally felt like I was secretly robbed by an attorney. I really wish I had the knowledge to report her the the state Barr because she was totally wrong and unfair towards me. If anyone reading this can help please reach out to me, child support has changed me over $33,000 because of the 0% custody and I've been there for my twin daughters before birth. I have not seen my daughters in years and it saddens me.

RUN! Cost my family thousands of dollars and did absolutely nothing. Could not get a call back or an update on the case for months at a time. I had to show up at the office to get any sort of information. Had to hire a new attorney and start all over. Gives lawyers a bad name.

I have done business with several family law attorneys throughout the years , and by far Mrs. Lopez has been the most efficient and effective attorney I have ever dealt with . She help me win my child custody battle as well as my child support case . I was able to get 100 percent custody of my kids through the guidance and representation of Mrs. Lopez , and totally won my child support case with her help . Mrs. Lopez is highly knowledgeable in regards to family law and child support case work and I highly recommend her for any family law case or child support . She was always able and times when wasn't she returned my calls and emails , wish I could give my stars because she deserves it . Lastly , her retainer fee was not a ridiculous amount either compared to a lot of attorneys in Fresno. Thanks Mrs. Lopez I really appreciate what you did for my family and I , God bless you .

Don't get this person.She's a attorney and doesn't pay on the contracts she signs. Would you trust your future with her?No no no.

I was referred to Amy by an attorney to handle my prenuptial. After leaving several messages I finally was able to reach Amy (not because she returned any calls but from my own persistent calling which should have been my first clue). She was very nice on the phone and promised me if I emailed her my prenuptial she would look at it and get back to me. So I did and that was on 3/24/20. I followed up on 3/27 since there was no acknowledgement of receiving it. Again I have had zero response. No response to my follow up phone call. Completely understand we are in a crisis however there is no excuse for not acknowledging an email and if you don't want to take the case and take my money then you simply need to tell me. I've wasted valuable time waiting. So I am warning the public to beware. Glad I didn't pay anything to Amy Lopez because something tells me that I'd have never heard from her again. Very unprofessional and I wish I would've read the reviews before sending her my personal information.
