Starting with the positives: their staff is always exceptionally friendly and the location is always very clean!! Great spot in the corner off Herndon. With that said they have a very small selection of items, especially vapes and they are significantly more expensive than anywhere else, including the gas station in the same lot. What I pay $25 for everywhere else in fresno they charge $35 for (the Flum 3,000 after taxes and fees). They are good when there's no other option. But $10 is a steep price increase. Check out High Society if you want a better selection and significantly lower prices.

This place is awesome! I've been going here for quite some time because of the quality of the product and the amazing staff . They really treat their customers good. I have a mod that the screen went out not only did he try to fix it but unfortunately it wasn't fixable. But to my utter delight I was able to swap out the old one for a brand new one! It was less than a month old when it went out and of course I go there so often they remembered me getting it so no hassle and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Satyr you know how to take care of your customers!

I stopped in here the other day because I was looking for a new vape setup. My stuff was old. A young lady helped me out. I think her name was Alicia. Anyway, she was the best. I didn't know anything about the new mods (I called them batteries) and tanks. She fixed me up with a new mod, the Aegis X, and I love it. It's kinda complicated, and I don't understand all the functions, but it is so much better than the old mod I had for almost 10 years.The same for the new tank I bought. It's great. Can fill it from the top without having to take the whole thing apart, like I did for almost 10 years with the old Nautilus tanks I had.Alicia was very nice and was so helpful that I am a loyal customer now.

Best Vape Shop in town, HANDS DOWN. Rhett has really taken his business to the next level. All of the staff is polite and very helpful. They have always been pleasant even dealing with the Covid restrictions. If you are looking for a wide selection this is the place for you. Even when they don't have something in stock they are more than willing to special order items for their customers. It is really a shame that there are only 5 stars on the ratings scale. If any business deserves more it is this one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They are open during the pandemic in a very creative and safe way! They've been helping people in their car and taking online orders. The customer service is awesome and all employees are safe about the way they conduct business. I'm pretty impressed by how they're doing everything. Five stars!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for about the last year and have always enjoyed their customer service and products. My girlfriend recently bought a new vape here and only got to use it for about a week before it started to malfunction, so we finally made a trip back in and the owner was there to help us. She barely started to let him know how it was malfunctioning before he kindly asked if we wanted it replaced. Our minds were pretty blown by how he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. We weren't expecting to get a brand new replacement, just wanted to give him a heads up because we thought it'd be good for them to know about. We've always enjoyed coming here, having cool conversations with the employees and being met with kindness. This is definitely our go-to vape shop.

So let me tell you a story.I didn't understand, or know, what vaping was for a long time. I had my Kbox running easy peasy. But one day, my Kangerbox started showing that dreaded 9,99 ohm error message.I took my Kbox to Satyr Vapors, and staff gave it a look. After a lot of handiwork, turns out my part on the Ktank was bent, and just a piece of crap. Rather than buying a whole new tank, in this time of crisis, Satyr salvaged a new piece. Found a new piece, in salvage, to repair my part, for only $5. Highway robbery, on my end.I cannot recommend Satyr Vapor enough. Their staff, and crew, are the absolute best. You feel welcome the second you walk through their doors. No huge selling, trying to get you to whatever brand. They're just smart people who know, and can recommend what you want, all for a great price. GO THERE.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Plus the owner is a super geek just like me. After we made our purchase, we just talked about star wars and a bunch of other nerd stuff. He never tried to upsell us on anything. He listened to our questions and gave us straight answers. Just a really good no pressure environment. I highly recommend Saytr vapor.
