My organization was having a training in Fresno and needed custom shirts made. Our LA printer (where I'm based) couldn't do them in time. So, in a pinch, I got on Yelp and made one phone call to American T's. Dorie picked up the phone at about 3:30 pm on a Tuesday, for shirts that absolutely had to be ready by Friday night. I thought it would be impossible, but after talking to Dorie she thought she could make it work. We were emailing back and forth late that night to set up the design. In fact, she talked me out of my initial design because she thought she could save us some money with a similar golf polo for half the price! We just picked up the shirts (Friday afternoon) and they look great. The team is really excited to have them. She really didn't have to work so hard for the order - it was our mistake to leave it to the last minute, but she made sure it happened. It was refreshing to work with a company that took such pride in their work, thanks again!

Jack handled my ultra rush order faster than I expected. He bent over backwards to get me my tee shirts in one day. They look beautiful and he didn't even charge me a rush fee. I'm not sure how he did it so quickly! Not only was he fast, he also spent time correcting my art - with me - to make sure every detail was right. I can't recommend American T's enough. This is my second order with them and I won't go anywhere else for screen printing.

What a disaster....This man was paid to make t-shirts for our school performance of 72 third graders on a stage for three performances. Our orders were mixed up with the wrong sizes and many sizes missing along with several t-shirts missing. We had to call the owner a man who was rude and said it was our fault...really? We had stood there and looked to make sure with him and the order he gave us what NOT what we ordered. Secondly, my teaching partner ordered a class set of youth sizes in various sizes small-large...and when she opened the box a day before a special event in which the children were to wear them..they were all ADULT sizes!!! SHe said she wasn't bothering to call because the owner would blame her. HMMM sorry but the customer is always right. WE WILL NOT BE BACK NOR WOULD WE RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Dori and Jack are a rare find. They are fantastic. First off, unlike many printing shops, their design aesthetic is right on making not only the shirts look and feel customized, but since they print in house, the shirts I got there looked better than commercially printed t-shirts you see in the store.Second, the service is AMAZING. They couldn't be any cooler to work with, their customer service is top notch, as I had some serious constraints on the last project I took to them and they bent over backwards to make sure I met my deadline. I will definitely be back!!

Dorie and Jack are friendly, attentive and just wonderful people. We have been using at work for over a year now and they always provide us with wonderful screenprinted and embroidered products.It is so nice to work with a company that you can trust and respect.

Awesome family run shop! Dorie was really cool and easy to talk to. I came to get one hat embroidered and they were able to get it done in a matter of minutes! Definitely coming back in the future.
