American Italian Bistro

This was our first time here. The place is very nicely done inside. The staff all were very friendly, polite, and courteous. The food was outstanding! I had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and the sauce was the best I ever had! I don't please easily so that says something! I price was great and the portions were great as well. Well done!

I've been looking for real Italian food for 20 year s near Turlock. Omg! This place is amazing. Isabel our server was great. From the bread to the salad, perfect. Brushetta was amazing, main courses were beyond delicious. I will be back many more times. I have a huge family. LolAmbiance was warm and welcoming. Compliments to the chef!

Food was amazing! Our server Gloria was awesome! We Definitely will be going back! We had gotten the calamari forgot to take picture of it and the bread with oil and balsamic vinegar! Yum! I can go on and on!!!

Service is great! Food is excellent. Our go to for Pizza in Ceres. Place never seems crowded, and it's huge, could hold 80 people! Even the salads were good!

This restaurant was simple yet had interesting artwork on the walls. We ate at the restaurant early so there weren't a lot of people on the restaurant; There was another couple and us, as I recall. The waitress was nice, polite and attentive. She asked if we wanted another refill on our soda. I always want to start with the basic entree when I visit a new place. This gives me an idea how the other meals or the rest of my experience will somehow turn out. The spaghetti came with a few meatballs which was very tasty. The meal itself wasn't unique. The sauce seemed homemade from a can of tomatoes versus from real tomatoes. The meatballs were tasty and flavorful. Either I was real hungry when lunch was finally served or the food was real good . Either way...I finished my entire meal despite all the bread I ate. The Cioppino Soup was plentiful and very hot! (Hot as in it was just removed off the hot stove versus spicy). The calamari tasted tough and chewy. The seafood was good. The soup made it seem like a huge meal for two. It wasn't finished. The only weird thing I was annoyed by was a fly by the window that kept flying around us as we tried to eat. They need pest control at this establishment. Other than that...it's worth a stop for Italian food in this tiny town.

Walking in the ambiance was interesting the decor did give off an interesting vibe but wasn't bad. I did find it weird seeing pepper on the table. Either way we ordered our food and an appetizer. Our appetizer was crab cakes and they tasted great I'm not a fan of their usual softness but here it was more fried and hard outside. The complimentary bread tasted great as well. Our main course were okay nothing outstanding but relatively fine. In regards to our service we went at around 4:30 to miss the dinner rush. Our server was lackluster not checking on us more than twice for us being there for 2 hours. Even though we were one of three party's of two that were there. I will return and need a second visit to recommend visiting

The food was amazing will be coming back soon you definitely have to try this spot you will not be disappointed and also very clean

My family and I were here about 1 week ago. The food was okay. Not impressive... The service was trash. Our waiter had a shitty face and an attitude for no reason. I'm all for giving tips ! However this waiter did not deserve anything because of how bad her attitude was. I would definitely would not recommend this place.

I was a pleasant surprise, a gem !We all order different dishes and all exceed our expectations: creamy salsas, Chopino was delicious and spicy enough to enjoy it. Waitress was nice, attentive and made great suggestions. Ambient great, no lousy music Pristine bathrooms! We definitely recommend this place.
