The worst customer service ever! I started with getting approved for a loan before even walking into the store. Got approved and went to check them out, upon arrival, no one came over to help us while we was looking around. To get any help or to even ask a question, I had to go find an employee that where just sitting around chatting. I then went and ask my question, told themI applied online and got approved, pulled up my email and my account number, asked questions about the sectional I wanted, ask them if they have a lighter color, lady who helped me said yes. Everything went good, paid for the warranty, checked out and went to the back to pickup my order. They told me they was brand new but they were out of the box and the plastic wrapped around the sectional looked like it been tempered with. I ignored the fact of that, took it home and started to unload it in the rain. Came to unpack it in the living room and they were a return. At this point I'm kinda upset, then went on and started to unwrapped the 2 pieces and I kid you not, they was mismatched colors! Like wth. I'm color blind! So I called the store, and they told me to bring it back. So I wrapped the whole sectional and took it back toThe store the next day, again, walked in and had to find someone to help me, and at this time, I was beyond pissed. They made a mistake on their end, and the best thing they can do is take the missing mismatch piece back and give me the floor model, with $48 off. No nothing for their mistake, or anything. They said they can do 2 thing, if me the floor model which isn't brand new, for the price of brand new or I can return and get my full refund. Again, no I'm sorry, no nothing. They didn't even seemLike they give a rats. So I ended up returning the wholeOrder, took 4 weeks to get my refund back. After returning my order, they still have balls to emailMe my invoice! Saying I have a balance due. Took me 4 weeks of going back and forth to get my refund. The sectional was place back on their website with no update to let anyone else know that they don't have a complete set. Every there, are lazy! Unprofessional, and little toNo education, very rude personality. It wouldn't kill you to get up from your chair and help a customer out. The worst customer service ever! This place is a fraud, a ripoff! Stay away!

We were in the market to buy a washer and dryer. I researched common companies e.g. Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy and found several reviews about the customer service, delivery and damage upon receiving appliances, then the run-around while trying to get there issues resolved. I was very hesitant of even bothering with any of them and sayid well, we need one so we gotta find somewhere. Took a chance on American Freight as they didn't have many reviews. The manager Justin, was very helpful. There was a female (sorry i didnt get her name) working there and she was very attentive. They had exactly the model we wanted but didnt have it in stock but guaranteed we'll get it in a few days. As promised, we did get them as mentioned. The delivery team was fantastic. No issues, no concerns. They tested the appliances before leaving but most importantly they notified us when we were to be delivered and when they were 12 minutes from our location. If you have read the concerns others have wrote about with the other companies, give this place a try. I will be going back for other household furniture needs for sure.

Berny is a life saver. Our refrigerator died on Sunday and we were left without a refrigerator for over a week. We happen to stumble on American freight through a referral and were amazed by how good the prices were and available in stock. There isn't much places that you can walk in, purchase and take it home the same day and that is exactly what we did. I contacted the store ahead of time and were helped by Berny. She was very accommodating and narrow down a few that may interest me. The one we purchased were one of the three that she showed us and I was completely amazed by how great of a price it was. It was new out of box but does have a minor dent in the front which didn't matter to me. I paid around 900 out the door with a 3 year warranty for unlimited maintenance and repairs. It also provides a 1 year free cancellation if not used within a year. That sold me. You can never be to careful, of course! Jessica and Michelle was also very nice. They came and greeted me while I was being helped to make sure I was being taken care of. Nice staff and nice team. I will recommend this store to my family and friends. Thank you Berny and team. Please note, they do sell out of box refurbished as well. I happen to get lucky and found a new out of box with cosmetic damages. Regardless, I know I will be taken care of in the future if anything happens. Thank you American Freight in Fresno!

My fiancé and I went in to buy a new dishwasher. Everyone was very nice. This was the first place we checked out. We went around town and realized no other place compared to American freight. We bought a GE dishwasher for about $400. They told us we could return it within 3 days I believe. We set it up and realized it wasn't working properly. It was very disappointing. I called the store after the return period and they were still willing to work with us. We ended up getting a different dishwasher and it's been working amazingly. Everyone at the store was so nice and friendly. I wish I remembered their names but the lady there answered all our questions and the manager was very helpful. I'll definitely go back!!

Nice staff, and some good prices here. They actually had a small chest freezer is stock. Some good stuff here.

Michelle was so welcoming! She practiced great social distancing and wore PPE while showing me around and helping me find the perfect washer and dryer! I worked with Irene who was a Seasoned Pro Salesperson who aided me in buying a GE Dryer without even going into the store. They have all their INVENTORY online and she made it a smooth purchase with handling all my other questions and concerns. The Delivery Guys were Great Too. They set up my Dryer with it's steam function and hauled away our old dryer. The BEST Part was the PRICE. I got a Dryer selling at Home Depot and Lowes for over 1,100 for only 565.00 because it had a few scratches on the front of it. It was Brand New and not a return. Scratches on a Dryer that are really hard to see was so WORTH IT. Thank You American Freight in Fresno, It is a Beautiful Dryer.

I have a second home in Mariposa and when we got here yesterday I discovered that the freezer section of the combo refrigerator was not working. Needing a replacement immediately I did a search in both Oakhurst and Fresno and found American Freight. We went down this afternoon and found just what we needed and a price point that was 50% off what a Home Depot, Lowes, Costco would have been. This is a new unit being sold as is with some blemish that I could not find and you will not see once installed. No heavy sales pressure, well informed staff, excellent selection. If you do your research and know what you are looking for this is an excellent place to check out.

I bought a Maytag washing machine from them and a few months later I saw roaches in my house I have Never had roaches in my home in 40 years. I called the repairman as my washer quit working and he opened it up and it was infested with roaches which voided my warranty. I called Orkin and they said never buy an appliance that has been in someone's home as it had been a return. American Freight refused to do anything about the situation and said I couldn't prove it. So it's costing me money for the exterminator and I am out a washing machine. I will NEVER do business with them again.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! The service has been the worst experience I've ever endured!! The salesman Jacob is unprofessional, he lacks common sense of customer service. Justin the store Supervisor is NOT equipped for conflict resolution. My furniture was delivered late, it was received broken and damaged. The damaged pieces were replaced with floor items. Furniture pieces are missing and they refuse to credit my CC back, claiming they're dealing with an error in accounting. Now Justin is refusing to take my calls. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
