Alpha Custom T-Shirt Screen Printing & Embroidery

Each year I get custom shirts done for my nieces, sisters and I for Valentines Day, as my nieces are my Valentines each year until they think I'm not cool anymore. This year I decided to do a Disney themed shirt designed as Minnie Mouse as displayed. The little nieces had "Mini Mouse" since they are Mini human beings of their parents, the sisters had "Mama Mouse" since they are the mother of my nieces, I had "Auntie Mouse" since I am the Auntie of the two little ones.Since Tower T-Shirt has closed down I had to find a plan b so quick! If I could give Alpha company more than 5 stars I truly would as they have exceeded my expectations. I called this company on a Friday afternoon during my lunch time on 02/08/19 and spoke up a very friendly woman who informed me that they usually don't do small orders (5 shirts) as it will cost more. This company was more than happy to help me out and gave me a quote of $150 for 5 shirts. I already bought the shirts from Walmart for dirt cheap and just needed the design. The woman informed me to bring in the shirts on Monday morning at 8am when they opened and she will have the shirts ready on Valentines Day!!! I was highly impressed that they could do something like that so quick. She informed me that I need 20% down in order for them to start the order. No problem.Due to me having to work in the morning and not wanting to take time off I had my lovely middle sister and niece to take care of dropping off the shirts and reminding them of the design I wanted.The customer service was amazing as the staff fell in love with with niece and gave her a bunch of plush toys! My sister picked up the shirts on Valentines Day and when I came home they were exactly what I imagined! I could not be a happy camper. All my family loves the shirts along with my nieces. They were overjoyed.

Bad experience here. Very, very slow at producing our orders. Pricing was okay, but not for the type of service you get. We paid them to create our logo and print several thousands of dollars of shirts. After a few orders we were not happy with the service/quality and wanted to switch companies. The worst part is, they made us pay them AGAIN (hundreds of dollars) just to get a digital copy of the computer graphic that we already paid them to make!Really poorly ran company. Stay away.

Never used them before but quality was poor ( crack letters, gost white shade). When confronted about the issue the owner said in her 27yrs it would never get better then what they produced. This is not my first time getting shirts, and I have seen better, a lot better.

Kathy and her associates have been providing us work shirts for over 7 years now. We wouldn't consider going to anyone else. They were extremely helpful in the design of our shirts and taught us what we needed to know about the artwork we wanted.They also get the job done quickly and consistently.
