Sold us flooring. Had issues from the beginning. Now the LVP is failing & no help from them.

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. We had carpet installed in our home. They did an amazing job at a great price. I definitely recommend this company.

After 11 years my wife and I decided to have our nasty carpet replaced. We have had cats and that we have dogs and they have ruined the carpet. I have looked at many places such as Lowe's Home Depot lumber liquidators creative child and Robertson's flooring before I came across allied linoleum and carpet. I thought Ronald was a very nice guy easy going no pressure sales. After much thought on the product we wanted we settled on a product that only allied linoleum carried. This product is called SONO and is imported from Germany. I wanted to stay away from vinyl flooring and anything that had PVC which has dangerous chemicals second leak out of it. SONO was not a cheap product but a quality product product. Allied had the best pricing for the product installation in the Fresno Clovis and was the only seller of this product in Fresno Clovis until I informed others about the product and they said their stores with now Carry this product. The installers came by Monday morning to begin taking out the old nasty carpet and installing the new flooring. Today's Thursday afternoon and they are all finished and my floor looks fantastic. The installer Tim had been working in that business for over 40 years and was excellent at his job. The helper that came with Tim was also very knowledgeable young man and definitely learning from the best. I would recommend allied linoleum and flooring to anyone in need of any replacement flooring

They couldn't do grout! 3 failed attempts. I had to do it myself! They claim "Excellence is in the details" on their website. In my experience, they missed the mark miserably. After letting them know I doubted they could do the job on the 4th try and that I had finished the work for them, they did absolutely nothing to make it right. Richard basically told me that Allied has been in business forever and they were not going anywhere. I don't know what he expected me to think or say after that comment, except how utterly unimpressed I was by it. I sent them pictures, showed them the shoddy work and they still couldn't get it done. It took me 30 minutes (after learning how to do it on youtube), and the work was in fact excellent. Would not recommend them. The only bright spot in this whole ordeal was the granite guy, Manny. He did a wonderful job and he deserves a promotion. Tile, they just can't do it. Customer service....started wonderful....ended very unprofessional. Buyer beware. You might have to do the work yourself and still pay them for it.
