I bought a home from Noe in Fresno and had a negative experience with him. There were several instances throughout closing where we made requests to have damaged items in the house repaired and the work was either denied, done poorly, or agreed to and not done at all. After escrow closed all the keys were not provided to me and I could not access areas of the property and had to have a locksmith come out and fix. Also a drain pipe in the house began to backup and overflow and when I spoke to noe he agreed to send someone out to deal with it and within hours I was on the phone with him and he was telling me he never agreed to that. In my opinion this is not a honest person or a person of their word. Seems to approach situations like a untrustworthy salesman. I can not recommend this realtor based off of my negative experience with him.
