Update 09/08/2020: during this pandemic I'm so glad to see this establishment open!!!! They make such delicious and sweet treats. It's a local fav and a necessity on these hot summer days and nights. The fruit is fresh and diced and sliced to perfection. Social distancing is a must, along with a face mask and hand sanitizer available as needed. Everything's togo. This place is delicious. Fresh fruits, good ceviche, huge loaded baked potato, ice cream, shakes, flavored waters and much more!!!!! A lady said the shrimp cocktail was the best, have to try that next. Family owned for the past 8 years. They are all super nice. Great prices for the quality of the food and swrvBeat high school lunch rush and miss the 1220-1250 crowd M-F. It's a small grab and go like place but there are 2 tables with 4 chairs. Will definitely be back for Round 3 before this vacation is over!!!!

The papas locas are to die for!! Everything i have tried here is delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

Hello fellow Yelpers, So I got Cookie n Cream milkshake, pico de gallo(fruit cup), Mexican juice. Love coming here just to get that snack. They are really nice and are bilingual. On the Saturday and Sunday you can get birrieria tacos Bomb!!!! If u want to get a snack this is the spot!!!! I'll be back

Their tuna sandwiches are a great choice if you're on the go. They are $2.50. Comes in a to go container and a side of veggies and dip. Will definitely return to try other items. The lady was very nice too.

I don't live in Tulare but every time I come out I make sure I stop by Alfa y Omega. This place has a great selection of Mexican antojitos. I highly recommend!

You can't go wrong with anything you choose from here. Everything is made when ordered right in front of you. When you order you can request to change or add any fruit with your order. My personal fave is chamango, sweet, spicy and savory all in one. They have a few tables available inside to sit down and enjoy your treats.

Escamocha- mix fruit with granola and nuts. I skipped the ice cream. Delish!$7 per cup. Great for a nice summer treat!

Love the place but lady there is VERY RUDE!! Food it great but service is the worst. I don't feel welcomed. Keep place and please remove lady.Lady never smiles.

la comida es buena, pero los trabajadores hacen este un lugar de negocios horrible. Las trabajadoras son dos viejas ya una muchacha necesitan un nuevo actitud. si están tan amargadas que consiguen ellas mismas encontrar otro trabajo, están amargando la comida. Cuando entre les dije hola como estan , solo me dieron una mirada bien fea, y durante el tiempo que estuve ordenando y pagando no me hablaron una palabra solo me miraban y mi dieron mis cosas. Pero, Yo sigue amable aunque me trataron mal
