Had a breast reduction last November. Dr. Lechtman made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job. His office is always on time and everyone that works there is very professional. Thank you, Dr. Lechtman and staff!

Dr Lechtman replaced breast implants 2 1/2 yrs ago. Recent MRI and mammogram show both implants are now ruptured! Dr disagrees with findings and wants me to pay full price to have them replaced again! Now I'm stuck with ruptured implants until I can afford to have a different Dr replace these !!! Horrible business practice!!!

I had to have a double mastectomy (6/5/2020) and Dr Lechtman was my plastic surgeon, he was awful! He cut me 10inches on each breast which turns out to be way too much! I found another plastic surgeon in the Bay who said when doctors cut this much on women it causes so much pain it forces them to go flat. I am not going flat! I am having a hard time to get projection, which is normally not a hard thing to do. But, I am not giving up...I have had to fight harder because of the damage he caused. He should have only cut me 4 inches on each breast, max! He was beyond rude and disrespectful to me and my husband! His bedside manners are non-existent. I think he thinks he can get away with this type of behavior because he's a "doctor"! We have to do better than this in the valley, not allow the doctors to get away with terrible service! He is not trained in over-the-muscle...this is why he refused me the service. I should've seen the signs. This technique requires additional training that he doesn't have, period! Really look into your needs because my #1 recommendation when needing or considering a plastic surgeon is to have the doctor draw on you at the time of consultation, to see what the scar will look like. This will show his manners and willingness to have an open dialog. This is so important! Do not choose this doctor! Then go to another doctor and get a second opinion, in a completely different location. Really learn the difference in quality, research before you end up like Elaine G. and I feeling the doctors WRATH!

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Dr. Lechtman for reconstruction when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was going to be having a double mastectomy. Dr. Lechtman is very talented and has a wonderful bedside manner. Breast reconstruction has multiple stages. He kept me informed at all times about what was going on and what to expect next. He's very respectful, compassionate, kind and patient. He always had time for my questions and made sure I understood the answers. There were times during the reconstruction process that I was emotional. He was comforting and compassionate. I was very appreciative of how he treated my husband who was there for every appointment, procedure and surgery. He always greeted my husband by included him in our discussions and made sure my husband understood everything. Dr. Lechtman and his entire staff are wonderful. If I ever needed plastic surgery or was interested in having cosmetic surgery, I would see Dr. Lechtman. I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Dr Lichtman was recommended when I wanted to close a sizable facial cancer removal with best cosmetic result. The man is very kind, attentive and an absolute artist in achieving a perfect result for me that healed altogether inconspicuously. Highest recommendation

I had surgery in 2019 by Dr. Lechtman and was left disfigured. This was the worst thing that I could have ever imagined. I regret my decision to have put my health in the hands of Dr. Lechtman.

I went to Dr. Lechtman for a breast reduction in February 2017. The experience was wonderful from the receptionist, Kayla, and his Medical Assistant Noemi. Everyone is very knowledgeable in the office and you get a sense that they truly help caring for their patients. Dr. Lechtman explained the process well, was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable with the surgery. The staff was there for any post surgery question or concern I had. I love this office!
