Look seriously this company isn't that bad . Ive owned properties in cal and Texas . Liberty properly management is pretty bad . John and Jessica work there asses off . Do they have a lot on their plates on a daily basis 100% . I'm currently in a rental of their clients and waiting for my house to be built ! To be real honest they do get shit done . It has to go both ways talk with respect and you will get it in return . I've seen bad management. They are very good . May they not return a call immediately of course who hasn't . But give grace they do represent both sides and want everyone happy !

Horrible company. Jessica is a bitch and John is an asshole. Rude, condescending. You would think someone in business would have some decorum of professionalism. Incredibly rude, will not return phone calls, when I finally tracked John down he was condescending and confrontational. They take months to assist. I have spoken with several other renters...not one has had anything good to say about them...their five star reviews are probably from themselves. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL company.

From a landlord's perspective, they have done a great job with my property over several years. They communicate well (email is my preference), and are always responsive. Rent is received from them in a timely manner as well.Unlike some other property managers I have used, I have no complaints with AJR!

From a past landlord's perceptive, Jessica was very rude and demanding. I was only supplying information she needed but I felt like I was a client who owed money or something. It is customary to give someone 24 hours to fill out and return paperwork but she called at 2:15pm, faxed the request for info at 2:28pm, called again at 5:19pm and again at 9:24am the next morning. When I called at 10:29am to let her know the paperwork had been faxed and that it is customary to allow 24 hours for a response on this kind of request she was very rude and dismissive. I would not do business with them. Hopefully she does well on the other end for my past renter.

My husband and I moved out of state but we were not ready to sell our home. We interviewed about 4 or 5 management companies and there was no comparison. Jessica came to our home and talked us through their process, from what we needed to do to what their process for interviewing potential renters. Jessica and John are consummate professionals. We always knew what was going on, and we always knew everything was taken care of. When it came time to sell our house, Jessica was able to transition right into listing the property. She took care of all the details and really fought to get us a great price for our home. I have nothing but great things about AJR!

As a renter and owner of rental properties I can attest to their unique abilities in resolving challenges before they become unnecessary problems. Their communication is professional, timely and collaborative with all parties. They do all the heavy lifting for both owner/renter making the transition into a new home seamless and stress free experience. With most companies you get the bare minimum, but with John and Jessica you get a partner invested in your success.

Jessica is INCREDIBLY RUDE! I've been a tenant for almost 2 years. I called last month to ask about our renewal and every time I was pushed aside. I called last week and was told that we were able to go month-to-month. I asked about a rent increase and the man told me that it's no problem and that if there was one they would tell us.I got a call from Jessica today asking me what our plans were for renewal. I told her I already spoke with someone and was told everything was fine. She told me the owner is planning on increasing the rent. I told her to let me know, if it does increase we'll need to find another place to stay. I called back to ask when she would hear about it and she completely attacked me saying she didn't know why we would move out. She said it might just be $50, but we didn't know. At our last place our rent went up over $200 which is the reason why we moved. She continued to make VERY snide comments. I explained that this is urgent to us because we have a baby. Then she called me SNOTTY and that I was being a BRAT. I COULD NOT believe what I heard. I actually liked Jessica in the beginning and she spoke about her life and her daughter. I thought it was amazing that she was a single mother as my sister is too. I didn't even yell at her or blame her for anything I was just in shock that she spoke to me like that. I'm still shaking as I'm typing this. I have NEVER been treated this way for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I told her that I couldn't believe she called me snotty and she HAD NO remorse. She continued to be passive aggressive and cruel. I'm still crying. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. If you are looking to use AJR Management PLEASE look somewhere else. They are incredibly nice if you are deciding to work with them, but in time they will show their true colors and it is UGLY. Please take your business elsewhere. I've seen some mean people but Jessica takes the trophy to be able to attack and make mean comments to someone who wasn't mean to her.

I rented a house from them 3 years ago after my divorce. Just recently a tenant of mine in another house moved out and I needed a property manager. They would not return my many calls and I finally got the owner, I think was John. He said he would call me back the next day. NEVER heard back. Not a good business practice. I would definitely choose another company. Beware...

Horrible, I will never rent from them. My roommate and I were looking for a house to rent, we came across this beautiful home we asked them if pets were accepted, they said yes. It also said pets were allowed in their description. So we fill out an application, turn it in along with the money and then they tell us pets are not allowed. We asked them why they said yes, and had it in the description in the first place... they laughed and said, "we put it there because people like to lie about having pets and this is a way to get them to confess that they have pets". That is so unethical, I will never be renting from them. Waste of my time!

I have been looking for a Rental home for a few weeks now. I contacted AJR because I came across one of their beautiful homes. The gal I spoke with was very polite and helpful and gave me all the information I needed! They were very good at following up with me to let me know what the status of my application was.
