Ai Nails

I called and was able to get a last. Minute appointment. Fill plus design. Girl did a GREAT job and owner is Super sweet. First time there, now I'll be a regular!They have multiple powder to choose from, not just pink and white. And mood changing polish! The have like 30 to choose from. Love it!!

The last time I was there the wife and owner were very rude the wife was being weird went deeper on my toes a cut me and acted like nothing happend and I was chit chatting with another girl next to me about new designs on ig the owner got offended right away and came up to and said please don't do that , he was really offended of my presence I felt and had no intention making them look bad I was there for a pedicure they have really bad attitudes

truly disappointed the staff didn't follow any covid guidelines i was overcharged and the owner tried to hassle me. the work was very half assed and sloppy, my nail tech left in the middle of doing my nails and went and started a pedicure on another client and came back to me without washing his hands or anything. He then double charged me and would refuse to provide a refund i would never recommend this place to anyone i wouldn't even let me blind grandmother come here that's how disgusted i was with this place very unprofessional

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what? It was horrible. Messy, dirty very disorganized. I went on Wednesday, it's now Monday and my gel manicure is lifting. No massaging, wasn't peaceful. The lady that I got complained about her coworkers the entire time, cursing, I was very uncomfortable. She messed up my manicure, it had to be redone by someone else. She broke glass right underneath my feet. The chair I was on was tilted more on one side so my feet wouldn't align for the pedi. Messed with my back. My nail shape isn't what I wanted and they are not even. I do not recommend this place. I will not be back, ever!

Tara is new to the shop so was I. She was great and professional and great to communicate with..already scheduled my next appointment and plan to keep coming back...set appointment and was seen right away...thank you I love my nails..I've been doing my nails for 25 years ..

I love my Nail Tech. Tara she's new to the shop really is the best I love her work my nails stay looking good she has great work so go in and see for your self trust me u will not be disappointed ..

If I could give it zero stars I would. I came in to get my fake nails removed. He asked me why I didn't go to the place I got them done which I just wanted a simple removal done but he also cut me and then blamed me for it. Don't bother coming here. Unless you want to get cut.

My nails don't have any shape to it and I did ask for shape, they also made it really thick

First time. I came as a walk-in (9:15 on Saturday). Since I was early and first, they were sweet to accommodate me. I came in for a regular pedicure. Ivy and her husband were friendly. They took their time and did a fair job. The actual pedicure could have been better. Some nails were not filed smoothly. Both feet looked different; I hadn't noticed that before so I'm not sure what happened there. Also, he scrubbed a little too hard and cut and irritated my feet. I'll come back again to give them a second chance. Make an appointment. $28 regular pedicure; I got a discount.
