We did our research, very pleased to meet Mike, the owner of AD Granite. His expertise was coupled with an inviting can-do attitude, rare these days. As a Fed. Gov. Contractor engaged in Wildfire OPS, I have an extreme project/task list to contend with; executed Solo for quality control, plus safety/trust reasons. However this was one DIY countertop project that was not within my expertise or talent or time-frame, only chiseling away at my patience; Mike's humble confidence/expertise was the right combination, reducing my stress level. The AD Granite warehouse was filled with just the right varieties of valued granite. Most importantly, Wifey had no problems making the right choices there; plus she easily found an ideal matched piece for our guest bathroom. Mike's installation crew were respectful and their expertise/talent made it all happen as expected. Now our unique ranch home kitchen near Yosemite NP meshes with our outdoor vistas accentuating it all inspiring. We could not be happier with the granite work/quality results that Mike at AD Granite produced for us. Thanks again Mike! Best Regards, CT

I'm using AD Granite again after a wonderful first experience. I redid my entire kitchen last year and got a quality product at a vastly discounted price. I am now doing a rental unit with them. Mike is very accommodating and easy to work with. I just price the installation with another company (one that LU granite recommended since they don't install) and they want $1500 for install, another $900 for prep and $200 to travel to Shaver just to do 11 linear feet of counter with a breakfast bar, no corners. Mike's quote is $1020 for install, $400 for prep work and no extra for travel time. I have checked Home Depot and Lowe's and no one can match his value. My kitchen granite has been just wonderful, I get lots of complements. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

When my wife and I wanted granite countertops for our bathrooms we went to A & D. The salesman was nice, the selection was good and the price was reasonable. So we ordered and set up for installation about two weeks out, even though they had sooner times. The day before the installation the installer came out to verify the measurements. When he happened to look at my receipt he had a different color pattern written down. I told him the one I had was correct. About 30 minutes later he called to ask if I was sure. I said yes but then I drove back out to the shop just to verify and I had been correct. The owner thanked me and apologized for the mixup and said they would be fabricating (cutting the rough outline) that afternoon. They don't do the plumbing part so I had arranged for my plumber to come out and disconnect the faucets and sinks and then come back later in the day to reconnect the new fixtures. On the day of installation they were supposed to be there first thing in the morning. Having a plumber waiting on that day I began to get nervous when no one had showed or called by 2 P.M. When I called they said that the slab had broken and that they had to wait for permission to use a new piece of granite. Consequently they wouldn't be there until the next day. They showed up first thing the next morning and it took a half a day to do the install. (exactly what I had been told). The installation crew was great. They laid down floor coverings and were quite personable. Alex was wonderful. The finished product was absolutely gorgeous! But, it was not the color pattern we ordered. It never occurred to me that I should check that before installation. Silly me. Don't get me wrong. It is beautiful. I do not know if this was a cheaper piece or if they didn't have another piece after they broke the original. But if that's the case I wish they would have called me. What we got was not even our second choice. If we had gotten what we ordered I might have given four or five stars even with the delayed installation. I wouldn't go so far as to say don't go there, the product and prices are good. But if you do, expect delays and inspect things before they install.

What a nightmare! I could not have possibly been more disappointed. From day one everything from A-Z went wrong. Cabinets were wrong. Broken granite, or was it sold? I was told two different stories workers arriving without material as well as the necessary tools. A small job that was to take only 3 days turned into 2 weeks. Imagine living without a kitchen for that period of time. When I thought things could not possibly get worse. The owner, Mike had the audacity to ask his workers to pick up final payment from me before the job was complete. Ridiculous, I know! My calls to the Mike went unanswered. When I finally reached him he ended our call. Yes, he hung up the phone. So now is he not only unprofessional he is also cowardly. This man lacks the necessary skills it takes to run a competent and successful business. In writing this review I hope to save someone the headache and frustrations that I have experienced. Should you choose to ignore bad reviews, be ready to enjoy the ride! The Yelp rating system does not offer a zero star rating therefore, I am forced to give a 1 star in which A D Granite clearly does not deserve.

Im not one to write reviews but stay away from this company. They did a rough job on installing quartz in my bathrooms. They left large gaps and workers wanted me to pay for their tools they bought. When they finished they left my bathtub plugged. The seating next to tub was off and water was flowing towards wall. My shower has a low spot where it doesn't drain but puddles up. They don't clean up and nicked up my drywall where I had to do my own repairs. I have pictures and video of work. They are not professional quality. I paid a lot of money on amateur labor. it's not worth it if I can save you the trouble go somewhere else where they pay attention to detail. They didn't install under sink without any support other than appoxy. They didn't use plumbers tape or wood????!

I couldn't be happier with using AD! They were very easy to work with and their turn around is so quick! They demoed on wednesday and installed on friday! We had our kitchen and bathrooms replaced and they look so good! The clean up job after demo was exceptional and they saved us so much money by using one less slab than other companies swore would be necessary. So happy to have made the call!

Don't go here! A few years ago I spent time picking out which slab and what end of the slabs to use when it had to be pieced together. Well they didn't install it like i asked and salesman said it would be. I even took photos of the ends I wanted. When I saw how they had installed it the salesman came to my house and blamed me for it being incorrect. He said I should have watched the installers. Well they pieced it together and now everyday I have to look at a BIG seam that shouldn't be there. I so wish I would have stood up to them and made them correct the error but I just wanted that salesman out of my house.

Be careful with this Company the granite and prices are nice but if you have problems with install they won't come back. I'm working with license board and bond company to get issues resolved. BBB gives them a good rating but remember the company pays to be accredited. I've been dealing with this for 5 months. The issues were miner but now I have to hire someone else to take it out and replace it because AD Granite won't fix it . It is going to cost me more than if I had gone with a better company to begin with. It seems they hire subcontractors to do the job then don't pay them well, That's what my installer told me that's why he couldn't afford to fix my problem. The BBB only passes your complaint to business and that's it they can't do anything else. So Buyer Beware!!!
