Advanced Medical Imaging

My cardiologist sent me here, way out on the other side of Clovis, for one more heart scan. I learned that this location, although not convenient, had the equipment to take this picture of my heart that would show something the previous scan did not--actual blood flow through the heart chambers. The waiting room is large and it needs to be as this is a busy place. A second waiting room was a longer wait until I was actually taken to a room for the scan. The scan took only a few minutes and I was returned to the waiting room and then I was finished. The scan was successful and did find a problem that the cardiologist has addressed. I'm glad this advanced type of imaging is available in this area.

THE BEST Imaging facility I have ever used for my care. Every person I encountered whether it be on the phone or in person couldn't nicer or more accommodating . The front desk staff, technicians and the staff in the medical records department were 5 star all the way. Thank you for your caring and very efficient ways. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.

This was my first visit at this location. I had to have a pelvic ultrasound done which also included my girly bits having an ultrasound. I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment as requested and I was called in about 5 min earlier than my actual appointment. The front desk staff were friendly and wearing masks. They had a jar of clean pens with a discard jar for used pens to sign in with. The building is nice and the ultrasound room I was in was comfortable and clean. They had a bathroom in my room as well as I would have to use it in between the 2 ultrasounds. The bathroom was simple in decor and clean. The woman that did my ultrasounds was very professional, gentle and had great communication.

Clean, kind, gentle staff & prompt service. The staff was very attentive and checked on me regularly ensuring I was comfortable, even had another nurse come bring me a warm blanket.

They are opened on Saturdays, which is nice. This is one of those places that tells you that your arrival time is 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. I showed up at about 8:15 for my 8:45 appointment. It took three minutes to process my paperwork and I proceded to sit. And wait.8:45 passed. 9:00 passed.My procedure was performed, and I was out. Overall my experience was fine. It just irks me that when it comes to medical appointments, it's standard to wait well past your appointment time, even after being told to come in early.Sarah G, I don't think you understood my review.

I called ahead to make an appointment which was only a few days to wait. I checked in and emailed them my insurance card since I didn't have it on me. [email protected] of free parking in the lot. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. I was in and out in 30 min.

My doctor sent a referral for a foot xray over 30 days ago, they just called to schedule. I hope this isn't normal procedure for them, just an oversight on their part.

I've had several occasions for different types of imaging at the AMI Magnolia facility.But after this morning's visit for an x ray,I just have to say how much I enjoy everything about their facility and people that work there! I was scheduled promptly, seen almost immediately and everyone was sooo so friendly! Plus the fact that everything is immaculately sparkling clean..it's a fast,easy process to get in and out and on with your day. Highly recommend!!

Anna was the best, she made me feel at home. Nothing to worry about I was in good hands. All the staff was great.
