Advanced Floors & Moldings

OK, don't let the lack of a fancy showroom scare you away. Met the owner when I stopped in yesterday. He knows his stuff! My hubby is VERY particular about what we're putting down on the floor and Advanced Floors & Moldings had just what he wants. Vinyl planks, but glue down and commercial grade. My husband doesn't ever plan on redoing floors again after this update! I took home a sample and the hubby said it was good quality stuff. The price we talked about at the store yesterday was fantastic compared to the other places we've checked out. Great prices on carpet, pad and installation, too. We're going by Saturday morning to make our final decision...can't wait!

I went there looking for wood flooring similar to what I had, was promised that they could find something that would work. After not hearing back from them for a week, I called them and spoke to a very rude woman that stated 'we don't have what you need'. After letting her know the gentleman I spoke to assured me they could find something that would work, she said she'd have him call me. It's been two weeks since that conversation and I still have not heard back. Don't waste your time here.

This place has a ton of moulding whether wood or laminate. Marie assisted us and she was so patient. We were able to locate exactly what we needed.

On 06/25/22, I went to make a purchase on molding. I went to ask the person in charge about a piece for flooring and he (Rick) informed of the piece needed. Though I told him, it wasn't for under stairs he was adamant that it was going to work and fit. I told him I didn't think it would and he said if it didn't work, bring it back. Lo and behold it didn't work. When I brought it back they refunded me but didn't mention that there was a restocking fee. The person who helped me was rude and when I asked to speak with him, his cavalier attitude made for the worst customer service ever! He said "it is what it is! ( Mr Oaxaca/owner was an absolutely an asshole ) It's on the receipt." And he hung up. I definitely do not recommend this place and if you do go, make sure you have the right part. ( 20% restocking fee) make sure you triple quadruple check and note that Mr. Rick is not a person of their word!
