AC's Pool Service

AC's pool service is absolutely terrible. Excuse after excuse, and still left our pool green. Do not waste your time or money.

Horrible service or lack there of! The owner is a con artist charging for services that are not performed! Fired this clown, hired a new company the same day. New company comes out and we had ZERO chlorine in our pool! We were told if our pool co Er wasn't removed prior to his service that he would charge us to remove it! Really? I am no rocket scientist, however, IF I had a pool cleaning business, I would prefer that the cover was kept on when not is use as it would make my job a lot easier! Run, do t walk from this thief!

We had our brand new pool serviced by AC's pool service for a number of months and started to get extra charges for which the descriptions for services performed were questionable on a brand new pool. When we called to ask what the charges were for we were given conflicting stories altogether. Never did they call to advise of a problem or a possible pending charge it just showed up on an invoice. What really convinced us to change services though was when we were hung up on when calling to better understand what the charges were for and insulting text messages were sent from the same number. Very disturbing!

Terrible. If you like to be lied to and your pool green these are the people for you. They have every excuse in the world why your pool is green. Told us we use way to much sun screen when we done use any at all. Charge to shock a pool that they arnt maintaining correctly. They no showed us Monday swore up and down they came when we have a security system and was home the entire day Monday and they never came. After telling themWe are no longer using their service they sent rude and threatening text.

Wish I would have reviewed this a. H. E first. Rip off ,rip off 90 buck to tell me the pool heater won't go on which is why they were called. No estimates no parts list what a nozo

I would not suggest using ACs pool service. If you are a fan of getting robbed for your money and having a green pool then this is the company to go with. They lie about services performed and have an excuse after excuse for why the pool is green or dirty. They will also blame you for not taking care of the pool when that's there job! My pool was serviced on a Tuesday I checked my chlorine level on that Thursday. My pool had not one drop of chlorine in it. They told me that my pump needed to be replaced two years ago when I bought my house, pump is fine. I needed a new filter installed and I went with a different company to install It. They claim to be professionals! I am not one to write a negative review and this is my first review I have ever posted. Horrible, Horrible service! My property management company was using ACs pool service as well and have had excuse after excuse with them on why tenants pools are green. They pretty much just want your $95-$200 a month and for you to take care of your pool!
