EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I drive 20 minutes from my house to this fine jewelry store in the city of Visalia. I am always met with a warm smile and great customer service I get my watch is fixed here my jewelry cleaned and his new facility on S. Mooney Boulevard is absolutely gorgeous it is sad that his original FACILITY burn down but this one is very beautiful. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anybody. They have a great selection they do repairs and you're not just a number you're a valuable customer.

Great service, great prices, great quality of work! I needed a ring sized and went to Kay where they wanted to charge $250 and it was going to take 2 weeks! Came here and I was charged $19 and it was done in 45 minutes. I also got my ring back beautifully polished!! Don't go anywhere else! This guy knows what he's doing and won't charge outrageous prices. I felt very comfortable doing business here. He even checked the quality of my stone before taking it back to assure me that it was real and that it would come back to me the same. My ring fits perfectly and came back shinier than before! Can't beat that!

Ignacio was amazing. My dad got a ring at this jewelery store. I loved it so much, I decided that this is where I wanted to get my engagement ring. They have such a beautiful selection. Me and my fiance got both of our rings here. They have a wide variety, and are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Found the nicest and most knowledgeable jeweler here in Visalia. Repaired and cleaned some of my pieces on the spot. Did beautiful job. Then he showed me a exquisite 18kt Italian gold necklace. Fabulous deal offered and I did not hesitate. Would have had to pay 3 times the amount someplace else. I left some pieces to be repaired and all my concerns are non-existent anymore. I know I CAN TRUST THIS JEWELER!
