First off I would have never choose them but this was a AAA tow. Set up about 10 ish am. Or so. First expected arrival was at 11:30. After requesting almost 6 updates. Finally cancels the tow at 4pm. They would not respond to my texts. I don't know if it's automated or what. But the shop I was trying to tow it to was not taking cars anymore that late. I was told we could try again the next day. I called this shop to verify the name as to not leave this on the wrong shop and all he said was you the guy for the tow. I told him I canceled it and my reasoning for calling and he just said ok and hung up. Or stopped talking. Either way they were done with me. After reading other reviews. I'm not alone. Thank god my kid or wife wasn't on the side of the freeway. This shop is a joke. See picture of text. It's timed stamped of then they got the request and when I finally started trying to get someone on the phone.

Above and Beyond went Above and Beyond my expectations! The "Mikes" were great. And so was Coty who delivered my car to me at work because of a windshield issue. They had a big job with my car. They had to replace the whole right side!! Not only did they do a fabulous job but they also had my car completely detailed and even aligned my tires! Damage was extensive and my car looks BRAND NEW! THANK YOU ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

DO NOT COME HERE!! Mike Ortega will be the example of this company. He worked on a friend of mines car, and when she picked up it, there was a chunk of paint missing from the top of her hood, that was missing prior to her dropping it off. Mike Ortega argued that was going to happen anyway as he repaired her car. Did not offer to fix the damage he caused and had no remorse. When she made a complaint he then lied about the damage he had made on my friends car. Again DO NOT COME HERE and If you ever see MIKE ORTEGA tell him I'd give them less stars if I could

My car got completely annihilated by running into the cement barrier on Caldwell, in Visalia. Geico selected these guys which I appreciated a great deal. They were fast and he was a nice guy. Definitely saved me.

They are awesome. I have used them twice now. Very courteous and professional. Driver's are very personable would recommend to my family and friends. Driver very cute too, always helps.

They did damage to my friends car and refused to admit it. They lied and are now not holding themselves responsible for the terrible way they left my friends car. Apparently the damage was "going to happen anyway" terrible customer service, do not use them!!!! BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM

Went in to have headlights leveled, quoted 100 dollars. The team had we squared away in 15min and completed the service at no charge. Lights work great now!

Terrible service, they said it would take them 30 minutes to arrive which ended up taking them 2 hours and 30 minutes. I had to wait outside for that time and every time I contacted them they kept saying that they were 10 minutes away. Very untrustworthy company and I would recommend action be taken on them for their untrustworthy business techniques.

The best in town, hands down! Excellent service! The work on my truck was completed in a timely manner. I love the upgrades (Rigid fog light kit and Kleinn train horns) on my Ford Raptor! Huge thanks to Mike, Nathan, and Stephen! I'll be back when it's time for more aftermarket upgrades!

I purchased a roof rack and had them install on my car. The first time I used rack with my kayaks on it it dislodged from my car on the highway. I was able to save my kayaks but the rack was destroyed with only one piece on my car. I when back to store and was I had to deal with manufacture of rack on my own. I purchased the rack from Above and Beyond and they should of provided better customer service and assisted in getting refund or replacement. Instead they said my problem and I have to take care of it. If you have them install anything on your car take pictures and something in writing they guarantee installation or they won't help you.
