Abigail's Candy Shop

Is this the last true Willy Wonka style candy shop in Clovis... Fresno... The world?! Maybe not the world, but this place is pretty awesome! My first trip in here was to chat with them about hosting a Yelp event, but since then I have been back here no less than four times. My last trip here I brought my children, which was both amazing and terrifying. My kids immediately went into decision paralysis when told they could choose 2-items. There are so many options here! There's an entire wall of jellybeans and every chewy-gummy-fruity candy you can imagine. My last visit here I bought the Coca-Cola, flavored chewable candies, an abba zabba, some sour belts, a classic retro root beer, and a pack of those old-school Sunkist jelly discs. By the way, that's just what I got! My wife got a few truffles, a massive handmade Reese's peanut butter cup, and a suitcase of M&Ms.One of things I really love about this place is they carry a ton of retro and regional treats that you can't really find anywhere. For example, they have Goo Goo Clusters, which are a Nashville treat that I fell in love with while living there. They also carry small selection of British and European candies. Seriously this is the place to go if you're looking for a new sweet addiction.I don't think it's a coincidence that Abigail's shares a shopping center with a movie theater. Do yourself a favor before, you head to the movies give yourself a little more time and stop by Abigail's candy shop for some sweet service and goodies.

Cute little candy store in sierra vista. Stopped by to get some gelato. It was a big serving for a good price. Customer service was very nice!

I have been coming here when it was originally named Powell's. My kids were little and we would get something in here to take to the movie theater, shhh. They have always had Willa Wonka playing on the screen. It's all the same nostalgic candy that some of us grew up with. I just wish the prices were at least close to what they used to cost. I've become one of those people on their soapbox crying "I remember when things cost a quarter". But this place is a great reminder of the good candy that used to be assessable to us at the local mini mart. Go check out a bit of nostalgia and reminisce.

I didn't get anything, but the selection was pretty good. $2.99 per 1/4 lbs and $11.99 per 1 lbs. I'm not sure if that's normal prices for a candy shop. I thought it was pretty smart and sanitary having the candy pre-bagged instead of having people pick over it. They have a cute little theater/movie area in the back playing Charlie and the chocolate factory haha! Perfect choice. They had candy I had never even heard of, and wacky candy like the larvae! I'm not a big candy person though so I wasn't that interested in getting any, but I was intrigued and amazed.

This is an amazing Candy shoppe, not many places like this anymore! Awesome staff, ladies were nice and I was greeted & helped right away. Will be back for more Raspberry Truffles xD

I have been coming to this store for YEARS and am not disappointed! Today, I came shopping for orange and blue colored sweets for a Blippi themed birthday party and bought several things I had in mind... the owner even showed me a few other sweets I overlooked that went perfect for my party! From the gourmet chocolate sweets in the case, to the wall of Jelly Belly's and other sweet or sour candy you dispense yourself and the solid color M&M dispensers for your every need ... this store will have it. There are unique gift ideas, retro gifts, funny gift options, nostalgic drinks and so much more it's hard to remember it all. The movie Charlie and The Chocolate Factory plays on repeat in front of fun movie theater chairs for your kiddos to wait in. The store is clean and smells delicious. They gift wrap your selections if you want and the owners are both so nice and friendly! Thanks for your help! See you next time!

Service was quick and the guy behind the counter was really nice. We got white chocolate and strawberry gelato which tasted great. Recommend highly for dessert after dinner.

Great place with a great variety of candy. I love the great customer service a young lady named Aiyana helped me and my family she has great customer service skills.
