A Secret Garden

Beautiful quality flowers! I typically order flowers for my mom each Valentines Day. Hadn't used A Secret Garden for several years (no particular reason) and didn't realize they were still in business since their move from Old Town. Stopped by their new location on Sunnyside and discussed the flowers and look of bouquet that I was interested in. My family likes nice flowers and I did not want stereotypical V-Day flowers (roses) . A Secret Garden delivered and my mom was extremely happy with what she received and she couldn't stop taking pictures of them.(attached) My mom said they were the best flowers she's ever received. She kept describing how when looking at the bouquet there was yet another variety of flower. I am very happy with the bouquet and look forward to using A Secret Garden again.

a delightfully charming floral & gift shop filled with gorgeous home decor. such a chic, elegant boutique. there are both fashion forward & vintage/antique finds to be found. we brought home a few things: a beautiful peace lily plant which was healthy & full; a bamboo basket + kitchen towel set which was 50% off the regular price! also, my husband & i were lucky enough to have met kim, who went above & beyond our purchase of the vintage hutch in her store. she delivered our piece to our home & we are so grateful & ecstatic with the level of customer service this charming shop provided.the pictures i took just doesn't do this shop justice, i wish i could include more than yelp's 10 photo limit. this floral & gift shop is a whimsical place that'll take you to a whole new world once you step in. the way the shop is set up is stunning! the chandeliers are gorgeous. there are funny & witty greeting cards for every occasion, cute kitchen towels, toss pillows, lovely scented soaps & lotions, reusable tote bags..so much more. it's really the perfect place to find unique gifts for everyone. there's even an outside area filled with vintage furniture. it's truly a secret gem of a garden.

My husband's mother recently passed away. I was tasked with caring for all the funeral details. I asked the funeral home who they recommend for flowers; they pointed me here.The sales experience was perfect. I was greeted warmly when I came through the door. The sales representative was familiar with flower-making and current inventory. The product manuals concisely showcased a variety of product samples. We made decisions efficiently. On the day of the funeral, the flowers arrived on time. The delivery expert helped with showcasing the flowers well on stage. I absolutely recommend this flower shop. The next time I have flower needs, I will be sure to call them first. Thank you, again, for serving our family during a time that we needed it.

The WORST service I have ever encountered.I placed the order a week ago to ensure my best friend received her flowers early for her birthday. It is now 12 and she has not received them. I called them TWICE and both times they have said to me that they are unable to research the order because it is an "older order" - this is some bullshit. How are they unable to lookup and order if the order number is provided to them!? This is ridiculous. I am so upset by this situation. What is the point of placing orders in advance if they're going to be late anyways? I promise I will NEVER order from secret garden again because clearly their secret is terrible service.

My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend. Paid extra to get the premium version of the valentines arrangement he chose. The pictures are definitely misleading. The size looked nothing like what he was shown online. I guess I should say thank goodness he didn't order the basic or she wouldn't have gotten much. Please use more realistic pictures so customers aren't fooled. Here's a picture of what she got and what she was supposed to get since he paid extra. The arrangement was also one sided not the 360 look you would expect by seeing this.

This florets is supposed to be one of the bestHowever they took my money and when I didn't get a confirmation email or an email that they had been delivered I called and got the runaroundThis was so disappointing

Really great little place with tons of great stuff to look at! Even a sweet cat to pet. It's decorated really nice for the holidays!Highly recommended!

We ordered an arrangement over the phone after reviewing the online selection. It looked as equally beautiful in person as it did online. We ordered the Clouds of Heaven bouquet for our friends memorial service. I was so thankful for the Saturday delivery. I don't know if this was something the florist normally accommodates, but I'm thankful we were able to have the flowers delivered the morning of the service.

Where do I even start with Aubrey?!? I never thought I would cry seeing flowers, but I did when I saw my beautiful bridal bouquet. I can't believe how talented she is! Aside from having a great eye for detail, Aubrey was so sweet, patient, and so accommodating with me. We initially planned everything back in 2019 (COVID bride) and she was so easy to work with throughout the postponement and other small changes. Our flowers stayed in tact, smelled amazing, and received so many compliments. Our flower girls were so happy with their pomanders and looked so cute in pictures. Go with A Secret Garden for your event/needs, you won't regret it!

Sadly disappointed. My husband purchased a rose bouquet of 30 roses to signify our 30th wedding anniversary. Apparently whoever put the bouquet together was quite short only totaling 23 roses not the 30 purchased. My husband has sent me many bouquets of roses and I can honestly say they were frumpy looking the buds were wilting
