This is a family business, and they were great. My 'event' was a "celebration of life" after the funeral of my best friend's mother. The two young men who delivered our order (fulfilled perfectly) were so respectful and kind, it was humbling. I told them where I wanted the tables and chairs, but I was glad that one of them spoke up with a better idea (he knew the path of the sun there). Everything went perfectly, it all felt natural for the guests, and the owner was present during the pickup. Even though it was clear that I was from out of town, I was treated like a long-time customer.

My wife and I rented a the 20x30 open sided tent package that includes 6 tables and 48 chairs. We added 6 tablecloths. The owner was immediately responsive by text and we worked out the cost and our specific rental request within 15 minutes. She even sent multiple quotes by text as we discussed our planned event. The only minor hiccup was that my text asking when the rented materials would be dropped off went unanswered initially, but when I called the week before our event to ask, the owner 1) answered by using my first name (points for customer service/organization) 2) and reassured us that materials would be dropped off the day before our event. We were informed that the drop off crew would notify us within an hour of coming to our home. The day of drop off came and was getting into the early evening, so I admittedly started to panic a bit and called again to ensure delivery. I was assured our materials would be delivered within the next few hours, which they were. There seemed to be some confusion between the owner and delivery crew since the crew was asking for more money than we were initially told, but after showing the messages I'd received from the owner, the crew deferred to her. I negotiated a pick up time with the delivery crew, who were very flexible and allowed us to keep the materials another day at no extra cost since it was a Sunday. They arrived the expected day and removed the tent and materials quickly, and they were consistently professional and respectful of my home. The materials weren't anything fancy, but they got the job done. Would definitely use again and recommend to those seeking an event rental company for personal/backyard events.

What a terrible company. I wanted chairs, rectangle tables and linens to be delivered. We received chairs, half circle and half rectangle tables, dirty and stained linens all delivered a day early. They just randomly showed up at my house. They also tried to collect more money from my wife than was owed. When I went to set up and realized that we were given all circle linens instead of rectangle I called to try to get the right ones and complain about how dirty they were the owner said she would just come pick up all the items. I later received a text saying they were on the way to pick up the rental. This is 15 before the party started. I will say they made attempts at correcting the problem but the whole point of using a company like this is to save time and stress. They failed horribly in every aspect of their service.

2 stars because I called last minute. My party was on Sunday, I called Saturday afternoon. But prices weren't the best, and communication was terrible. I talked to someone around 1pm, she said chairs will be delivered by 4pm. When I called to check on the delivery, my call was rejected with a "sorry can't talk right now" chairs weren't delivered till nearly 8 Saturday night. Let them know on Sunday chairs when would be ready to pick up later in the evening. They said "after 10 will pick up next day" I text at 8 saying ready to pick up. Still didn't get picked up I'll Monday afternoon. Ok that's fine. The last night I got a text a nearly 1am saying "thank you for business" idk just weird and just sketchy to me.

They did an awesome job delivering and setting up the bounce house I got from them. They were super nice and friendly. I last minute asked if I could order tables and chairs and they said yes! Super happy they could work with me because I order the tables and chairs last minute. Totally going to book with them again when I need to rent for a party.

We ordered a tent from this company for an outdoor party. They were flexible with drop off/setup and pick up times, but the tent they delivered was very dirty and had mud all over it. It was delivered to my parents house so I didn't see the mess until the next day. We wiped it off ourselves then called the company to see if they could maybe discount our purchase. All I can say is I've never been so disrespected by any other company before..!! The woman who answers the phone was incredibly rude. She basically said since I couldn't prove that the tent was dirty there was nothing she could do (again it was across town at my parents' house and we'd already tried to wipe some of it off. It was still dirty though). She basically called me a liar. She even raised her voice at one point and was yelling at me. When I told her she wasn't being very kind and her customer service was lacking she got even worse and said "ok fine, well we'll just come over right now and remove the tent and refund you." I said NO! and that I didn't want a refund or for her to take the tent. We were hosting a party for about 50 people; can you imagine the stress I felt when she said this?! She said "it's too late, my guy already left. He's driving over now to take the tent."I kept telling her no, we want to keep the tent even though it's dirty, we just hoped for a discount. She just kept saying, "No I can't do anything about it now. They're coming right now to take the tent." I couldn't believe how rude she was!They do much of their business via text and they're much nicer through text message. Maybe it's a different person handling the texts? We also worked with Richard, I believe he's the son of the woman on the phone. He was incredibly nice and professional. His mother though... YIKES!!Richard showed up at my parents house and said "I'm here for the tent." My parents politely declined him access to the backyard. Hetried to refund us $20 but at that point it was too late. We refused the refund and he left. There was no making up for that woman's hideous attitude. I give them 1 star because the tent held up nicely through the party.

Rented the Karaoke System for a large event at work. I was embarrassed by the poor performance of the Karaoke system that was delivered to me, we had constant troubles getting things to work properly. The karaoke discs that were given to me were scratched, some did not even work, and there were some missing! They were also very outdated in regards to the video and sound quality. Additionally, one microphone did not work at all. The other was given barely worked if you held it in the right position and did not move. I also could not even use the stand that holds the Karaoke system because it was missing a locking pin so we had to pull a table out to set it on.Overall, it was not a good experience at all. I advised the company of what happened and all i got was a text response, "We are sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for letting me know, we greatly appreciate your business" ......... The only good thing of this I will give credit to the delivery guys for being really nice, hence why i gave them one star. But other than that, very poor experience.

Horrible experience. I placed my order on May 1st, confirming times, and received a text with the details. I initially wanted my Order delivered early 6/4, but was told they'd have to be delivered 6/3. Okay, fine. I waited today and no one showed up. I attempted to call the business, and received a text stating "Sorry, I can't talk right now." Yes, that's right. From a business owner.I proceed to text about not getting my order, that my chairs were due to be delivered, what's going on. After that I receive a call from a worker verifying my PICK UP at 3:30. I stated no, I don't even have chairs yet, what could they possibly pick up? I then relay my story and the guy says he will call me back in 5, he needs to speak to the owner. 10 minutes goes by and I call him, he still doesn't know what's going on, so I ask him to have his manager call me. She initially says they had me to pick up. Then she says she isn't sure what happened. Then she blamed it on her workers. At this point of course I am upset because I just want my chairs. She says she will send her son. While waiting I send her my initial order text and she said "your event is for tomorrow." Yes, but I had to have my chairs delivered early because that's what they wanted! I did get my chairs and was not charged on delivery. I have no idea if they'll try on pick up. All I know is that I still have no idea what happened to my order, and the owner is very unprofessional- first cant be bothered to answer their business line, then not giving a straight answer, and then trying to blame me. We have a lot of rentals in our future, and I will NEVER use them again.EDIT 6/5: my chairs were picked up today, even though the text states they would be picked up 6/4.
