This Cabernet was great. It is mostly Cab Sauvignon, but is blended with another red varietal. Very nice wine.

Some of the vineyard near the winery.

This Sangiovese was one of my favorites. Medium body and very smooth.
A couple of the giant stills.

We were introduced to Nonini wines at the Fresno Basque Hotel. It has closed so we will need to go to the winery for more. I like the table wine as it is not very dry. It is fruity and tastes like a young wine.

Went in yesterday not too long before closing and had a great time talking to Jim. He was nice and informative. We talked about the winery and the history of it in his family. Tasted the Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Chianti and one other I can't recall the name of but all were so good. Ended up buying the last bottle of Zin and a bottle of the Sangiovese. Definitely go support your local, small winery!

Visited on our first stop during Fresno's wine and chocolate weekend. The setting is very quaint and welcoming; it feels like you've just stumbled into an old Italian village as you walk the small grounds. The tasting cellar is dark and cool, and you can clearly smell all the wine that's been stored there over the years. The owner and staff are very friendly and ready to share their stories and winemaking process with all who ask. Unfortunately we thought the wines were not very good and had, as another reviewer wrote, a very strong "raisin-y" taste to them. All the stars are for the customer service and relaxing vibe, but the wine left much to be desired.

What a wonderful experience we had visiting this winery during the Fresno Wine Journey on Sunday, June 26. The owners are so fun to talk to about wine, life etc. We didn't want to leave! Go visit and support this wonderful local winery.

This is a family owned and operated vineyard. They grow all of the grapes they use for their wines and have been doing it for over 100 years. The current wine maker and general manager of the winery is James Jordan. We did the wine tasting with his mother, Judy, and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the whole wine tasting experience very enjoyable. Most of their wines are made from a single grape, except for their Cabernet which is a Cabernet Sauvignon blend. You can only buy their wines at the vineyard, but they will also take orders over the phone and ship them to you. Their number is 559-275-1936. The tasting room is open from Monday thru Saturday, from 10 am to 4 pm. My favorite wines were the Sangiovese and the Cabernet. Great place to visit if you are in the Fresno area. Cheers!

Such a beautiful, family owned winery. The wine is unlike anything I've ever tasted on the East coast. The owner even gave us a tour of the place for free! Super nice people and lovely wine- highly recommend!

Went out to Fresno and visited two wineries, including this one. Such an interesting experience. It was raining so we just did a tasting and had some conversation. The gentleman was such a character and knew all the family history! The location itself that we saw was quite small and rustic but filled with tons of history and family pictures making it feel comfy like you were visiting Grama's house. The tasting included 5 wines I believe and all had a very clean finish that our group of 3 enjoyed. My boyfriend bought the spicy wine. Tasting was free and conversation kept us interested so we will likely be back to see more of the location.

My wife and I stumbled across this little gem. Jim the owner gave us a little tour and we tasted some of their wine. I love Shiraz wine but I really liked their wine. I am not a wine connoisseur but the 4 I tasted were all very good. My wife is not a big red wine fan but loved it also. The owner is very down to earth and a kick. We are planning on coming back next time we are town.

We stopped here on a random Tuesday and the owner went out of his way on a very busy day for him to give us a quick tasting and then allowed us to explore the beautiful grounds. Wine was also delicious and unique. Would definitely come again if we have a chance.
