A-List Signs And Banners

I've been using a list signs of banners for almost 2-years now and every time I submit an order they come out perfect! They are consistently busy, so I recommend reaching out to them as soon as possible for all of your sign printing needs.From the richness of the color to quality of the product, these signs not only look great, but are super durable. I host about 40-events a year where my signs are handled, dropped, and stepped on by close to 1,000 people. Still they hold up.A-list also offers competitive pricing and more often than not, they're the cheaper option than big corporate printing/shipping companies. You can submit an order of the other website, but it's just easier to call them or shoot over an email.

Was referred to this business for window decals and window clings for a project. In the beginning the taking down the information and getting the logistics on what I'm looking for was fine. An email was sent back to me within 2 days on possible dimensions I would like to have the decals/clings made. After confirming what i wanted, I was waiting to hear back from the staff on when will it be done. I had called numerous times asking for Steve and each time he was out of the office and a message was left with a staff to give to Steve to call me back. It was the 6th time after 3 weeks not hearing back where I have complained that I just want to pay for my order and move forward with the project. It was until then that I got an email back what my order was with the invoice. I know they might be busy, but from a customer stand point they could of told me that it will take 2-3 weeks so at least I know what to expect than to wonder when I'll hear back. I don't know if the message I left was ever given to Steve or that it was given to Steve but was ignored or forgotten. Think there should be more attention on your customer even if it's a small order. All in all it was a frustrating experience just waiting to hear back. *the window decals/clings did turned out nice they. Good quality and well done.

Definitely the place to go if you need a banner!Super helpful and did exactly what I wanted. Best part was the are way more inexpensive then any other place in town. Will definitely use them again.

I've ordered multiple items from this company and their customer service is beyond amazing. Their turn around time beats ANY local service (I usually get my orders in 2 days or less) their prices are fair and they are always so pleasant to work with.I've moved to Anaheim recently and I STILL use their services.

Fast, simple, easy to talk, easy to work with, low cost (8x2 banner about 50 bucks), always gets back to me on email quickly...even when they are closed, banner was perfect.Highly recommended.

Purchased a banner for my daughter for her 8th grade graduation. Wrote out what we wanted on the banner. Once we got it home and hung up, noticed her name was wrong and a few words misspelled. I called and informed are them of the mistakes. They said I need to spend $48 to have a new one made since I already paid $80 and that I approved it. I'll take responsibility as I didn't notice it. Someone who spends that much money and actually spells the words out correctly expects to have it done correctly. I personally understand mistakes but good business is to make it right, not charge more money. I HIGHLY recommend not using A-Plus and finding someone else to do banners or signs. Bad business!!!
