Our rep, Nicole M was wonderful. She nailed our flooring needs (pets). The installers Jonas & Gus, were hardworking & punctual. We LOVE our floors! I highly recommend!

Sub-par customer service. Can not rate on the quality of install or products as I was unable to get that far. Called in today to speak with a "Sales Professional" and they must have left someone else manning the phones while on break or something. Called to get pricing and schedule an install date and was met with an unenthusiastic, lack-luster, and ultimately poor customer service rep. Acted as if I interrupted his bathroom break or Netflix binge watch. If you don't enjoy you job, suck it up, and don't let it reflect to clients.

When it came time to replace our carpeting, we went to A & M Design Center in Fresno. Steve C. was our consultant. We had decided to use vinyl wood plank through our entire house. Everything went smoothly, the installers were neat and professional and the job was completed in four days. We could not be happier with the results. We still cannot believe it is vinyl and not real hardwood.

Thank you to A&M Flooring for helping me with this "do-it-yourself" project. The wall covering above the fireplace was just as easy to install as they said and the effect enormous at a completely affordable price. Awesome suggestion!

Be ready for some shady experiences when you trust A and M Design Center with your home. We have an enclosed breezeway in a new home we purchased last year and we wanted to get the old linoleum flooring removed and a new floor put in. We went to numerous places around town seeking quotes, but A and M had a comparable price and even had an installation opening a couple of days away. Unfortunately, the installer that A and M entrusted the job to, Apex Flooring, could not cut a straight line, nor a 45 degree angle properly. He couldn't get 45 degree corners to match up evenly, and blamed his work on everything but his skills and lack of attention to detail. Well, I asked A and M to come out and inspect his work and they admitted how poorly the job had been done, and asked Apex Flooring to come back out and redo the 5 or 6 items they found unacceptable. You can see in my pictures the quality of work they did the day of the install, and then weeks later when they "fixed it". Clearly, nothing was fixed, and to make matters worse, the installer ripped out an entire side of baseboard and then left, leaving the project worse than when he had arrived. The installer flat out said that was the best he could do, and refunded some money, but not nearly enough to cover the actual repair work needed to fix what he couldn't do correctly. While A and M did include free baseboards to replace the baseboards Apex Flooring removed, they refused to go any further, and their attention to this situation was minimal, no follow-up, no follow through. It is now though when the true troubles with A and M come to light. This is when they decide to wash their hands of the whole thing "Well, he's not our installer." Further, it took months for A and M to work with another installer to come out and make other minor repairs, but we're stuck with an expensive floor that has terrible finish work done, and now no support from the company we entrusted to take this project through to completion. When we returned a box of extra flooring to A and M, the refund check came straight from Lumber Liquidators, so I guess we should have gone there in the first place.

My Gosh. Where do I begin. We were so lucky to have A & M carpets replace our carpets in our mountain cabin. Jose was so helpful. It took two weeks from our phone call to installation He came up to our home with samples and measured. We visited the showroom to make our final decision. He sent an amazing team that installed the carpet perfectly in one day! The entire process included observing appropriate Coronavirus precautions. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Thank you A&M carpets, Jose and the installation team!

I was told by the sales manager that A&M provides the "white glove service". Nothing could be further from the truth. A&M crew took little care of our home - pouring extra concrete in our garden, making a hole in our wall, tangling up and breaking our cable box, and to top it all off, on the final day of install, the crew manager told us both of our toilets are leaking and we need to replace them. How stressful! I called a 24 hour plumber and he told me that A&M used the wrong sized O rings. Plumber said this is common sense and fixed it without replacing our toilets as A&M told me I needed to. I shared this with the sales manager and got reimbursed for plumber. He wasn't very apologetic. Do better A&M!

TL, DR: Incorrectly installed floor, supposed to redo entire floor due to their error, severe lack of communication, gave an install date and no showed. I had to follow up multiple times and was told the given install date was wrong, zero accountability and no communication as to how to fix without me asking first multiple times. Currently, floor still broken and several hours of personal time used due to multiple meetings, follow ups, store visits, calls, etc.A&M Rep: JP AgagonI had A&M Flooring install a vinyl flooring years ago. it started to pop up and break. After calling and having three different employees come to my house to verify, they determined it was installed incorrectly and agreed to replace the flooring. I was impressed and was excited to get to use them again for a large-scale carpet install project due to their willingness to replace a mistake they made. The first red flag should have been that I had to have three different employees come to my house to verify. I worry that others who purchase through them may need to push hard when they try to blame the error on the customer. After it was determined they would replace the floor, I was given a 15 day timeline to select a new floor. After picking a floor, I was waiting for JP to confirm it was in stock. After several days, I heard no communication. The timeline was closing in, so I had to follow up multiple times. After several follow ups, I learned that it wasn't in stock, so I had to rush to select another. During this time I would repeatedly ask if there was an extension to the timeline. I was simply told I was okay timeline wise and nothing more. After rushing, I went with the initially installed floor. After a couple of days I was notified it wasn't available anymore. As I was now at the last day or so of the timeline, I asked about the timeline - I was told I did not have to worry about the 15 day timeline due to my responsiveness. I will give them credit for that at least because it was a lot of pressure to try to get something selected within that time frame while waiting for responses. All of this is to say that while I made the 15 day timeline, after knowing what I know now, it feels like it was a possibility that the company/rep was stalling to see if I failed their window and then they wouldn't have to replace the floor for free. At first I didn't feel this way, but now that has changed. It's speculation, but my advice to anyone getting a replacement is to follow up quickly and frequently in order to not lose out. After the replacement was selected, a single update was given around 10 days, I gave my general available days of the week. Another approximately 10 days passed, I receive a text saying one of two days that are available. I respond with my only day available and ask if it will be a one day install. I received no response. I followed up the next day as I never heard any confirmation or answer. I received a text saying that the 20th was scheduled and confirmed, but no time frame or answers to my other questions. I move almost all the furniture in the approximately 500 square feet section the night before to make the install as smooth as possible. The 20th comes and radio silence. At 10AM I send a text to see when the install team will arrive as I have not received any time. I get a response saying that he will check with the installer/claims department. After two more hours of silence, I follow up again. Now I'm told after I follow up that no one will install it today and he is asking for later in the week on a day of the week that I said was not available. I said no and explained that later in the week would be extremely difficult as I have already moved half of the house on top of the other half, which means that it will be difficult to function in the house normally. I received an apology "for the inconvenience". Unfortunately, this apology for "the inconvenience" is not any sort of admission of accountability, nor has it given a new install date. I had to follow up again 3.5 hours later since I am still receiving radio silence. I received a response saying it's being worked on and I will hear by the end of the day. As I predicted, I have not heard from JP, nor do I have a new install date. As it stands right now, my floor is still broken and I have a house full of furniture stacked on each other blocking accessibility to half of my house. I currently have no actual install date scheduled.Overall, this experience has soured me for this company. Not only did they do a no-call, no-show, I had to chase them down for answers to fix something they didn't install correctly. It seems as if I am being resisted against because they will be fixing an error they made rather than making money off of me and because of this, it is okay to forget about me. New customer - please reconsider giving them your business. I was recommending them, but not I am telling everyone I told to not go through them as I certainly won't be.

My son went with A & M because they could get the hardwood flooring he wanted for his master bedroom and guaranteed a professional installation. The installation was far from professional. The installer left numerous areas where he had made bad cuts and did not bother to repair. A & M charged my son's credit card before even calling him to ask if he was satisfied. Be careful before giving them your credit card!
